Yes I did it a while ago felt good. Good strength gains. Nothing crazy it is a natty supplement good energy I just felt tighter but I also kept a very good diet and I train consistent. I ain’t picky with how I spend my money and if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t have bought it again that’s for sure. I’d try two bottles though. My wife loves rhodiola rosea (especially Gaia brand) for her breathing while doing cardio. It makes a significant difference in her performance. Citrulline malate helps keep the energy in her muscles for longer distances.
