I want to offer a warm welcome to Apowerz6 (aka Austin); he will now be part of Team Xtrem as a board representative as well as an Anabolic Xtreme sponsored athlete. He is an ISSA certified trainer and a Competitive NPC bodybuilder. Austin will be a great addition to our family and will help countless people with their diet, training and supplementation. He will now be available on other boards to offer his help there as well.

Yeah thats me, that was taken when i was 230. I am currently 240, and 12 weeks out so I am dieting very nicely, by midweek, I should be down a couple of lbs. but not muscle wise. My comp is Dec. 9th, and will come on stage 220-225 ripped to the bone. And I will be posting pics so stay tuned.:dance:

Yeah like your big ass needs any supplements :) You should be asking for extra plate donations for the gym you're making all the guys use the nautilous :)
