I'm intrigued by the trenavar and M1a.

Last year I stacked ultra epi with epiandrolean to reach like 1,100mg / day and loved it. only downfall was the ultra epi was a little hard on the skin, but I just moved application sight around. Ultra Hard is probably still my preference over ultra epi because I enjoy the androsterone, but ultra epi packs a kick.
I was less intrigued after reading old logs of both products and seeing the sides vs rewards lol.

Trenavar is a direct oral prohormone to trenbolone. It will act incredibly similarly to taking a shot of Tren No Ester/Base. In and out surge of aggression, libido, over about 4 hours or so. You need to take it over about 3-4 doses per day to use as an anabolic cycle, and you need 90-180mg generally. 150 is the sweet spot for me, but I’ve gone up to 210/day.

If you wouldn’t pin Tren, don’t take those. Same sides, same pluses, same very significant shutdown. Hardest PCT I ever had in 10 years of cycling off; Test E injection for 12 weeks was much easier PCT even.

M1A is a very hard hitter oral. I did my first comp squat over 600 on that stuff. Like DHB turned into an oral - dry, hard lean mass gains and big strength boost. This is a serious designer oral steroid comparable to Dbol, Anadrol, Superdrol type effects & sides.

The rest are probably better ideas for you for how.

What’s the consensus on icon one, kinda looks like should be run with ultra hard or alpha 4? Any thoughts on that combo?

As a first step, would always recommend andros first before any of the others. So I'd say if you can get some alpha four or similar to stack with Icon One you'd be golden. Oral epi would be the cherry on top, and 1/4/epi is a standard stack, but is my least favorite of the 3.

I had that happen recently. I got to the gym and realized I forgot my Intraworkout drink, forgot to take my supplements I was taking preworkout and then realized when I got to the gym that my AirPods were dead. I was so pissed. Nothing went right that day. Just gotta focus the best you can and muscle through it!

So at the end of the day she is ready for me to be home and help with them. Usually I take over so she can get things done or if she wants to go to the store or whatever it maybe. That’s how we do it.

So it really highly annoyed me that it was like some big deal that I wasn’t going to a stupid Christmas party. That is nothing more than a company paid excuse to drink.

24ish years ago before we started our company we had a Christmas party at my former employer. They rented the banquet hall at a local hotel and hosted a free casino night. you got x amount of chips and afterwards could use your chips to bid on/buy/auction some cool prices/xmas gifts. I spent years trying to get folks at our company to buy into that idea and nobody wanted to. Then, in the past few years suddenly there has been an uptick and they have really gone crazy decorating the office/warehouse like the North Pole, doing pictures with Santa, and hosting an Xmas party even on the weekend (gasp, a day where they don't HAVE to be at work lol).

I'm sorta over it myself, not super interested in being at the office any more than I have to, but I think it's interesting to see people who work toether who do want to go do a party together, I figure more power to them. if that's a good morale activity for them then 🤘 🔥

You're at a very specific point in life though with a very specific and important priority though and that should be respected. with our youngest of 4 being almost 16, my wife and I are damn near empty nesters already (perk of marrying an older chick) and tbh honest, even without toddlers at home, I still crave my time away from the office to just chill at home.

205 vs 207 is the difference in taking a leak lol. I have been chilling around 192/193 lately but was 189 a month ago and 198 on thanksgiving 😂 😂

Right now my goal is to stay under 195 by NYE, as close to 190 as possible without sacrificing bench progress. After my 6 week cube predator ends, I'll cut for January then shift back to the 2025 bench PR goals.

Pretty decent session, this week has been great dialed back in on nutrition. So far with lower volume but high intensity I’m recovering for next sessions. Where as before when I was pushing higher volume and high intensity I was getting zapped and not recovering in time.

Supplements have been just vitamin D 10-15k iu a day

2 fish oil caps one morning one night.

Will do a weight check in Friday and a couple update pictures.

Still not sure on what direction I’m going to go. Still going for original goal of 200lbs I believe I will be there end of the month. Then I’m still back and forth, do I cut more shoot for 190. Or basically stay 200 increase calories and find what I can eat and stay in that zone maybe slightly increase and try to build some strength and put on some muscle.


Open to any ideas from you guys!
 
I'm a fan of mini cuts and mini bulks. I've seen Layne talk about it a lot and I feel like it serves me well because by the time I'm burnt out on cutting, my body really absorbs the extra calories well, and before I've bulked beyond the point of no return, it's time to shave 10lbs. like 4-6 week cycles.
 
You should overcut beyond your goal weight, generally, if it’s not going to require a bunch of muscle loss. Like an extra 5-10lbs, to help compensate for the initial rebound. Remember how low Mr. Kleen got, but he was still jacked.

not only that but the more I think about it from Hyde's approach, its really setting a really achievable goal and breaking down to just one more small mile marker for you. If you consider how far youve come, if you have the mentality and motivation for it, then that next step down is a piece of cake for you. I was taught goals should be measurable and achievable. this one is both!

Definitely still leaning up, getting visiable shape from lats to mid, there probably actually much more there if you flare them, the biceps and delts continue to develop, show size and definition as well. Great progress!! 🔥 🤘 even with the double bicep I feel like you can see the mass building in the upper pecs here too. good stuff man

yeah dude crazy how far you've come! another thought I had about what Hyde said is cutting deeper will give the knowledge and confidence that you can do it again if you reverse into a bulk or strength cycle for a while. I've done these 10-15lb cut and bulk cycles so many times over the past few years that I know I can confidently go to 195-200lbs until new years and get back into the 180s before my next trip. takes practice to get confident with that IMO

Holy smokes I was fried afterwards, sick shoulder pump and bicep.

Was definitely feeling the deads on Sunday just overall pretty sore and fatigued. Hunger was way up as usual after a day of deadlifts. Seemed to be recovered today, nice easy treadmill to get things going and a small sweat. Then go time!

Doing some nice work in here Brother. I imagine you know I am team 185-190 for you. This is definitely the best I have seen you look, arms are showing a lot of definition, upper waist area is also looking way better. Lots of progress. You have maintained in the same area for about a month with a nice diet break. I would definitely press on if you have the desire and discipline to do so. I know your goals are a mix of health, aesthetics and strength. Cutting down farther will be a big plus for health and aesthetics, making the largest physical improvements, then after you will truly be primed for a solid rebound. As @Hyde mentioned you want to lean up further than where you want to maintain so that you have some room to grow before hitting a bodyfat that requires you to shift gears and lose some fat again. In this instance cutting both hits the short game needs, and the long game goals at the same time.

Was a rough night last night. Wife had I don’t know the technical name but tubes removed, tied? Small surgery and went well. Plus the risk of ovarian cancer on her family’s side this helps with that risk and we are finished having little kiddos. So will be doing most things for the next few days, the little guy last night just was not interested in sleeping he would sleep for a hour then be up then repeat until 3am when he finally slept til 7 am 😂

Ah man, I empathize with the little kiddo being up every hour on the hour. I still remember (am scarred) by those days! We used to have a bosu ball that I'd have to sit on and bounce my daughter while rocking her, in order for her to fall asleep
 
I hope your wife is feeling OK post surgery and has a fast and smooth recovery. She didn't get a full hysterectomy did she?
No not a full. So far good just sore and tired. She is to just stay in bed help her to get up when she needs to and keep her fresh with water and ice pack.
