weight loss stack, what do you think?

Ah, high fructose corn syrup. I did a little reading, interesting, never heard that. I guess I'll x it. I couldn't find anything stating it's worse than HGFCS but some info about it being deceptively bad.

190 this evening!
Total weight loss 35 lbs, sense starting leangains, 5lbs.
Felt strong tonight, threw the 95 lb dumbbells around no problem on incline press.

Weight was 189 this evening.

On a side note I made some kick arse protein muffins today.
1-1 1/2 cups ff cottage cheese
1 cup oats ( 2/3 ground, 1/3 whole)
2 eggs & 2 egg whites
1 heaping scoop vanilla whey (about 30 grams protein)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
3-5 drops vanilla extract
2/3 cup blueberries

Baked at 350 degrees for approx 15-20 minutes, till golden grown and till a tooth pick could be stuck into the middle and come out clean.
Made 12 small muffins
Approx 70 calories each, 1.5 grams of fat, 7 carbs, 8 protein

Ate all of them when my fast ended today at 2pm! :)
Macros are perfect on these babies, about 20f/38c/42p, approx 840 calories total.

Sounds sweet...
What could I sub in for cottage cheese hmmm. Paleo friendly...
Good recipe man and good progress bro

Apple sauce, carrot sauce, bananas plus some extra oats maybe and more protein powder?? You'd have to play a little to get it right.

You could even do grated zucchini and apple sauce for some veggies!

186 this evening! Weights really coming off this week. Good thing too, going to be in San Francisco tomorrow, plan on doing some eating!! :)

I kicked my butt this week at the gym, hurting from head to toe, front to back, feels good! :)

Somehow ended up with cake on the table in front of me twice so I'm not so confident that my weigh will be down, we'll see Monday.

I made awesome zucchini protein muffins tonight.
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups oats ground into flour
3 med/small zucchinis
4 scoops vanilla protein
1/4 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/3 cup toasted & chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
Couple dashes nutmeg
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 oz Splenda

Baked at 350 degrees about 25-30 minutes. made about 18 muffins

Nice custard like texture. They had a little too much of a fake sugar taste, part real sugar would have tasted better :)

Macros +/- a bit:
100 calories, 10 protein, 10 carbs, 2.5-3 fat.

Oh, also ate 70 pieces of sushi for dinner tonight!! 2100 calories maybe more. I did fast till 4 in preparation (18 hours), ate a few protein muffins and 10 g BCAA's, went to the gym for a killer back workout then ate the sushi.

I've been starving lately. I feel like no matter how much I eat I'm still hungry. I'm not eating unlimited calories, TRYING to keep in close to 2000 on off days, trying, and 2500-2800 on workout days , I always have a couple days around 3000-3200 and I've previously tried to have a couple days around 1700-1900 but I'm soooooooooo hungry lately. I hope I'm loosing weight still, I've not eaten this much in months. Tuesday will tell, that's when I weigh in.

LG has some great advantages...
Keep it up bro

Yea, I'm amazed how much flexibility it allows. Awesome!

also allows for a calorie deficit but still getting sufficient nutrients to optimise training. Martin B has done a great job. Tie this in with a paleo approach and bro, you will see new PR's

Yea, my workouts are great. I had gotten pretty good at nutrient timing on the previous traditional 6+ meals a day but it's sooo easy to have good workouts with LG. even fasted, I have great workouts, previously if I missed one meal my workout would be crap. Ive done heavy leg and back days fasted. I've never done a paleo diet but off and on I try to avoid grain and dairy, makes my body happy but I always come back to them. When I stop loosing weight I will cut grain and dairy.

Btw, what is PR short for?

Hit the Eldorado Buffet tonight for dinner after 20 hours fasted and a killer leg workout. Four hours later I'm still sooo full!

Squats have always been weak for me especially sense I had my ACL, MCL and LCL replaced in my right knee but I felt strong tonight.
Did 12 sets of squats, 275lbs for 12 standard squats and 405 for 8 on smith machine. All were not the deepest squats especially the 405lb squats as I had no spotter but I defiantly burned my legs out and got nice and deep on some 185lb and 225lb sets.
Killed my calves as well, and his leg press hard with 18 plates (9x9).

Here's a little food smut from tonight!

Weight is about the same this week, 183. I guess I found the limits :) I must have eaten out 5-7 times in the last week.
my pregnant wife is on break from teaching so we've been out and about registering for the baby shower, shopping etc, and Eating.
The meals I ate at home were pretty good.

This week I'm trying to get it back in gear, although the week started out with BBQ pork pore boy sandwiches, deep fried cheese cake and Chinese food with family, man I need to get things back in check!!

Weight dropped today after two good days of dieting and about 6-8 hours of working on the baby room.
181-182lbs.
I looked bloated yesterday but today the wife commented that I was looking lean, waist was a little down as well, about 34.25" down .25".

I hope my waist starts getting smaller again, it's only dropped .5-.75" in the 15+ lbs.
I think a smaller waist will really make me look leaner/better.

Lastly, yesterday the wife did a quick body fat pinch test, came in @ 9%. I don't believe I'm that low but last time it was 11% I believe.

No, I planned to but the before pictures are on another hard drive that is not hooked up. I'll try to get them as I'd like to even though I don't truly have after pictures as I've not reached my goal yet :).

Did you ever post up before and after pics? I looked through the thread but didnt see any.

Still 182ish. Had an Anniversary to go to this weekend, I expected lots of food so I fasted till dinner. It ended up being lasagna and cake that's it, so I didn't get enough protein. I had my first day eating early the next morning, ate sausage and eggs to get some protein.
Ended up being two days of super lousy eating so I'm pretty happy with my weight today.
Today I ate clean, hopefully I can do the same tomorrow, Wednesday we have dinner plans, homemade prime rib and then Thursday is thanksgiving, ugh, mmmmm, turkey and all the trimmings, and pies, pies and more pies.

Here are some that are atleast close to my heaviest of 225.

Been sick all week, haven't made to the gym sense last Monday. :(
Should be well enough to hit it tomorrow!

CoQ10 production from what I have heard is fairly regular when you are young it might give you a bit of a boost but it would do more if you were older and CoQ10 production was lower. Atleast thats what I have taken from the studies I have read up on.

Thanks, I've also read that it's best for people slightly older than my self. My reasoning was that when I was taking my ECA stack supplements that promote heart and cardiovascular health would be a welcome addition.

co q-10 mixed with some fish oils and vitamin D3 (@5000iu per day) and magnesium/zinc (ZMK by MST)...they are just oustanding for all round health and well being. Fish oils and co q-10 will help cardio health and keep you feeling fit. i have found a good dosage of co q-10 to be at 300-400mcg per day

I take Oximega fish oil (2-4), 100mg coq10, and some A&D. I don't take zma/zmk, accept from the small amount in my multi, which I don't take consistently.

Weight was 179 today, I didn't go to the gym for 6 days so I'm kind of expecting my weight to increase a bit this week as I get back into it.
Aside from thanksgiving my diet was good while I was sick.

while your sick, a good remedy is coconut oil, honey and warm water

dang dude nice transformation!.

Hm, interesting, thanks! Sounds MUCH better than my moms tea for a cold, hot water, garlic, ginger and lemon. :)

That's still good given amount of training you have done while being sick

Thanks, the one plus of being sick is burning extra calories and I was actually able to keep my diet in check!
I refused to be miserable, sick and fat!! :)

My weight has been all over the place lately. Diet was garbage this weekend, had cake twice, a huge burrito, pasta, chicken wings, chicken fried steak, the list goes on. Today was not great either, had some potato chips and chicken pasta for lunch :(.
I need to throw away the chips, they are leftover from my wifes baby shower.

Weight is still up a little but I'm looking lean today. I hope the rest of the weeks doesn't bring delayed fatness! :)

Lol...will take a few days man...probably water retention...
Look into Anabeta man...it's helping me

Thanks bud, I'll look into Anabeta.
My macros have stated intact for the most part, I'm hoping it's just water retention as you said, regular salt bloats me, sea salt does not. Eating out/eating processed food usually = bloat!!
