weight loss stack, what do you think?

Weight seems to have stabilized around 178.
My workouts were garbage all week, joints hurt, weak, no stamina, hopefully next week is better. I know I'm not sick, I feel good outside the gym, hope next weeks is back to normal.

I just started a little creatine last week, I also was starting slin sane but I think it was causing fatigue in the gym, plus crazy insane hunger, not sure why it caused fatigue.......

It's weird, I'm bloated, waist measurement is up (from creatine I think) but at the same time I'm looking good, Ab definition looking good.

Yea I suppose I need to break through a plateau but at the same time I'm eating more cheat foods, sweets etc. carbs have been higher, calories have been higher but macros have still been descent just too much sugar, dairy and processed stuff.
The last 4 + weeks I've kept my macros at approx 25% fat, and about 37-38% each for carbs and protein.

I'm planning that after the holidays I will get my eating cleaned up a bit, loose a couple more body fat percent points and then do a recomp/slow mini bulk for a while.

What do you think?

Try to get to 10% bf, carb cycle bro...drop creatine for now and slin sane. Sounds like GI issues and water retention through increased carbs...

SlinSane does indeed seem to cause horrible workouts, no idea why but I tried it again and workout was horrible again, no SlinSane and I had a great workout, very strange.....

I'm gonna take creatine for a few more weeks, continue to eat a little more too. I figure a mini bulk/break from cutting might do me well. I'm just so hungry lately, I have to do a mini bulk! :)
 
Uhhh! I'm sick AGAIN, have been sense Tuesday. Had a 104 fever today and it was still rising when I decided I should bring it down.
This sucks!

Hey man. Nice order. I think you will really find that the Yohimbine is extremely effective once you become tolerant and can dose it a good level. Fat literally melts off if you take it at the right times and do the right type of exercise.
 
I'm all out of Yohimbine but did like it a lot.

I've been in a major slump, I can't loose a damn lb! I've not done a full blown diet but in the past I could always start a cut by just being more diligent with what I eat, sense I hit 30 no more! I'm 6ft tall, currently 225lbs, 38 inch waist, 16 inch arms (flexed), 16.5 inch neck, 44 inch chest, 25 inch thighs
I was thinking about going the ECA (ephedrine, caffene, asprin) route, cheap, easy etc.
I currently take Controlled Labs Orange OxiMega Fish Oil, Costco vitamin C, Costco Multi/Mineral, Trader Joes MSM Glu Con.

I'm also looking at some other stuff. for starters some NOW Methyl B-12 lozenges for descent energy.

I'm all for weight loss stacks, but that is pretty heavy. Yohimbine is no good and should be avoided completely. You NEVER know how you'll react to that stuff...

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water with all that. Stacks like that can be tough on your liver.

Have you tried Kettlebells? I advocate those a lot on here, but they work. 75-150 swings in the morning upon waking, before breakfast, after drinking 1-2 pints of water will make most people shed fat, not to mention it bolsters your deadlift.
 
What I ended up doing is
Ephedrine, caffeine, need2slin, green tea, and fish oil for a short time, I used a little yohimbine as well but have not re ordered sense reading a little more about it. Now I'm not really taking anything, fish oil is about it.

Weight is the same, 178-179 but I don't feel as lean, waist seems slightly bigger as well, maybe .5 inches bigger.
I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things, haven't really had a good workout sense being sick.

Eat sleep and recover man...
 
Getting back to the gym a couple days a week. Weight is 180. I really want to lean out a bit more and then start a bulk.
