Another good food day. A little high on the fats, but just worked out that way. It was mostly from nuts so natural foods, nothing processed or garbage. I feel fantastic lately, pumped about the results - but its all from hard work so I'm earning it. The logging on weekends for me is a gamechanger, I need to keep it up

Weighted Pullups - BW+55lb X3, X3 (dropset the last set to bodyweight)
Neutral Grip Pullups - BW X11, X10
Hammer Strength Underhand Rows - 145lb X8, X7 100lbX20
1 Arm Cable Rows - 100lb X9, X8, X8
DB Curls - 55lb X5, X5, X5 35lbX12
Cambered Preacher Curl - 80lb X8, X6
DB Preacher Curls - 40lb X7, X7
Standing Calf Machine - 170lb X30 195lb X23, X20
Leg Raises - Two sets of X6 free hang -> dropset to X12 on the arm pads
Tonight is a hockey night. Looking so much better in the mirror, I'm glad I took some "before" pics. I'll paste the changes at the end of the log. I'm probably around 40% done with my 2 bottles, so plenty of time for more changes too
