Damn you and your 50-50 answer! haha, just kidding. I could also do a third bottle of epi and THEN try AE....

Do you notice any drop-off when you stop taking the Epi? I know its not a cycle or anything, just curious
I know right! I should go into politics.

Well I haven’t stopped taking Epi-Plex yet so I don’t know about any drop off.

Ha. That's the greatest answer/testimonial right there when you like something enough to not stop taking it to know :)

Took a sneak peek today, I should be down another couple pounds this week when I do my "official" weigh in tomorrow morning. All going as planned here

202862

Another good food day. A little high on the fats, but just worked out that way. It was mostly from nuts so natural foods, nothing processed or garbage. I feel fantastic lately, pumped about the results - but its all from hard work so I'm earning it. The logging on weekends for me is a gamechanger, I need to keep it up

Workout - 2/23/21
Weighted Pullups - BW+55lb X3, X3 (dropset the last set to bodyweight)
Neutral Grip Pullups - BW X11, X10
Hammer Strength Underhand Rows - 145lb X8, X7 100lbX20
1 Arm Cable Rows - 100lb X9, X8, X8
DB Curls - 55lb X5, X5, X5 35lbX12
Cambered Preacher Curl - 80lb X8, X6
DB Preacher Curls - 40lb X7, X7
Standing Calf Machine - 170lb X30 195lb X23, X20
Leg Raises - Two sets of X6 free hang -> dropset to X12 on the arm pads

Tonight is a hockey night. Looking so much better in the mirror, I'm glad I took some "before" pics. I'll paste the changes at the end of the log. I'm probably around 40% done with my 2 bottles, so plenty of time for more changes too :)

202895

Down another 2.6lb this week. February has been going like clockwork baby. Gotta stay strong again this weekend. 215 or below would be a huge milestone for me. 20lb away, but thats the end goal for summer this year.

202896

Another really good food day last night, on hockey days I burn over 4000 calories total so they help a lot. It looks like the average hockey game is anywhere between 700-850 calories.

Today I'm back at it, hitting the gym for another chest/shoulder/tri/leg push day. Stuffed chicken and spinach for dinner, can't wait.

2-25-21 Workout
Incline Barbell Bench Press - 295lb X2, X2 300lbX1 185lbX15
Hammer Strength Flat Bench - 150lb X4, X4, X4 90lbX15
Arnold Presses - 70lb X5, X5, X5, X4
Cambered Tri Pushdowns - 95lb X12, X11, X10, X9
French Press Machine - 120lb X7, X7 80lb X20
Goblet Squats - 105lb X12, X12, X12, X12

Felt good all workout, weights went up on a lot of stuff. 300lb is the most I've done before, I got a slight tap though so hoping next time around I get it without any touch at all. 295 were touchless

Food was good, I made chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella with spinach for dinner. Couple of glasses of dry chardonnay with the wife, so I got a little extra cardio in

Breakfast for dinner tonight, going to make some kodiak pancakes and eggs. Kodiak pancakes are a big hit with the wife and baby (and me). Delicious too.

Day off from the gym today, back in Saturday and Sunday.

Here comes the data dump from the weekend! Had a lot going on so didn't get to post. Food was....meeehhh haha. Could have been better or worse but I didn't log which I'm trying to be better at. Overall I'm my own worst critic, and it was back to work today anyways. I should be liked up for a good week still.

Workout 2-27-21
Weighted Pullups - BW+45lb X5, X5, X4
Wide Grip Pullups - BW X10, X8
Neutral Wide Pulldowns - 220lb X4, X4 160lb X10
Cambered Cable Pullovers - 95lb X5, X4 72lb X10
Cambered Curls - 110lb X5, X4 70lbX12
Hammer Strength Preacher Curls - 200lb X1 185lbX4 125lbX14
Hammer Strength Crunch Machine - 200lb X20, X20, X15
Bent Calves - 180lb X25, 225lb X15, X15

Did some hardcore intervals after these on the arch trainer. I'm trying out 30 seconds on, 30 off. So far I've only been able to do like 2-3 most days haha. I really go balls to the wall all out on them, then cut the resistance in half and catch breath. I do 2-3 with 30 on, 30 off then I do more with 30 on, 60 off. Its really killer and I'm sure good for hockey. I've done intervals a ton in the past but it was usually more like 60 on, 2 off. Sure I burn more calories with the longer workout, but fitness wise I definitely feel like I've had the bag beaten out of me with 10-12 minutes of the quicker interval system versus longer.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Workout 2-28-21
Alternating Incline Db Press - 100lb X12, X10, X8
Weighted Dips - BW45lb X8, X8, X7
Nautilus Shoulder Press - 245lb X9, X8, X7
1 Arm Rope Pushdown - 50lb X6, X5, X5 35lbX15
Hammer Strength Skull Crushers - 185lb X10, X10, X8
Cable Leg Press - 350lb X12, X11, X10
Db Deadlifts - 100lb X8, X8, X8

Great workout, burnt a ton of calories (liking this new Apple Watch actually, I got to admit it).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Workout 3-1-21
Weighted Pullups - BW+45lb X5, X4
Neutral Grip Pullups - BW X12, X10
1 Arm Cable Rows - 120lb X5, X5 70lb X17
Hammer Strength Underhand Rows - 155lb X6, X6 115lb X15
DB Curls - 55lb X6 60lb X4, X4
Cambered Preacher Curls - 90lb X6, X5 60lb X12
DB Preacher Curls - 45lb X6, X6
Standing Calf Machine - 235lb X20, X16, X15
Leg Raises - 2 sets of drop set (5 hanging, 15 against the pad)

Feeling pretty strong here. 230+lb and pulling an extra plate for 5 pullups. All going well, had a nice steak for dinner and a good workout - whats to complain about? Weigh in coming thursday morning again.

Some good days! I'm weighing in tomorrow, hoping for good news. Could have been better last weekend, but overall was pretty good. I should be down a bit

3-2-21 Workout
Incline Barbell - 275lb X4, 310lb X1, X1 205lbX12
Flat Hammer Strength Bench - 155lb X4, X4, X4 95lbX17
Cambered Tri Pushdowns - 100lb X12, X10, X9 72lb X16
French Press - 120lb X7, X7 90lb X15, X15
Arnold Presses - 75lb X5, X4, X4 50lb X12

hit some hard intervals after - felt really great yesterday at hockey. I haven't felt that light/mobile in a while, we only had 3 subs and I was flying. Good food and hockey tonight, weigh in tomorrow

Weighed in today - 231.8lb

i expected to be around 231, but it’s still a loss so I will take it. The big difference between this week and last week was logging the weekend, so your boy is back at it this weekend. Funny thing was my “unofficial” weigh in yesterday morning was a little less but my food and activity were great yesterday. Who knows, keep with the process and maybe next week is a bigger one

down 8.2lb since starting on 2/1 so the past month was great. Pedal to the metal, I’m about to enter the 2nd half of my log (second bottle of each).

Thanks man, it was my most ever. Only 5lb away from 3 plates on each side

it’s a mental bummer going back to high reps when I’m so close, but I have faith in the system haha
I guess you just need a 35lbs bar and then you can say you did 3 plates ;)

Been a hectic week but I have some updates to post, and a weigh in this Friday morning coming up!

Today is hockey day, tomorrow gym, Thursday hockey, Friday/Sat/Sun gym

Food has been good, I have some log screenshots from myfitnesspal to shoot up. Feeling really good! I'm on the second bottle of Epi, going to open the second bottle of LE this week also (I think I missed a few doses over the month, sometimes its hard to find a time when you have an empty stomach).

Could be nothing, but I started taking a dose of LE before hockey last week - I left really good. I've also been hitting the intervals extra hard so could be both.

So, workout wise last week or so was kind of a bummer. I jacked my shoulder up a little at hockey Thursday - Friday and Saturday it was really humming.

I went back in Sunday and got a good workout in, but Monday it was yelling at me again. It was just wrong place/wrong time, caught an awkward edge going into the corner and myself and the other guy ended up in a pile. It feels much better, hoping tonights game doesn't aggravate it.

Workout - 3/7/21
Pullups - BW X15
Wide Grip Pullups - BW X10
Side to Side Pullups - BWX6
Pullups - BW X8 (Drop set to assisted pullups)
Neutral Wide Grip Pulldowns - 220lb X4, X4 (drop set) 160lb X11
Cambered Pullovers - 80lb X15, X11 50lbX19
Cambered Curls - 110lb X5, X4 70lb14
Hammer Strength Preacher Curls - 200lb X2, 170lb X7, X7 110lbX20
Bent Calves - 180lb X30, 225lb X25, X25, X25

Finished up with some hard intervals. Sunday my shoulder flared up, I did a couple warm-up sets of Hammer Strength Bench Machine to feel it out, wasn't great. I ended up hitting more intervals and just doing some random abs. Took yesterday off, feeling a bit better. I've been hitting with Apoethecanna's Extra Strength CBD oil, i love the stuff if anyone's looking for an awesome muscle rub. Just a flesh wound! I'll be back in there slinging weight tomorrow hopefully

That's good. Aggravation can be very annoying. It's not fully injured so you can still do some stuff but it's allways in the back of your mind because it's aggravated :( Hopefully it will heal up soon.

Felt pretty good last night at hockey. I have a push day today, so thats the real test. At least today begins another "light" workout week, and not heavy/low rep stuff!

Felt better than expected, hopefully this weekend eases back to normal! I have to screengrab my nutrition but here's yesterdays workout. I think I had a couple extra reps in the tank for the presses, stopped a little early each set as I could feel the shoulder yelling at me. Still good numbers and felt great for the triceps. Oddly enough the shoulder bugged me more on the chest stuff than the shoulder stuff.

Workout 3-10-21
Incline Barbell Bench Press - 225lb X12, X9, X7 185lbX11
Flat Chest Press Machine - 175lb X13, X12, X9 (third set did 2 drop-sets)
Nautilus Shoulder Press - 200lb X13, X11, X10, X9 (fourth set I did 2 drop sets)
Lateral Raise Machine - 80lb X15, X13
Cambered Triceps Pushdown - 88lb X15, X13, X9, X8
Skull Crushers - 80lb X12, X10, X10
Standing Calf Extensions - 195lb X25, X25, X20
Hammer Strength Crunch Machine - 185lb X35, X30

I'll post this week's nutrition by afternoon, looking good. Sneak peek this morning at the weight was good too, I'll be weighing in official in the morning.

Yikes/Ouch!!

I broke my collarbone on the left as a baby, fell off a bed

I was lucky enough to break it again around 12 years ago playing hockey on the right side.

Weight in 3/12 - 230lb even

Down 10lb on the dot from 2/1

I need to get more serious with the logging and knock a nice 2-3lb week out next week. Air Fried dry-rubbed chicken wings tonight (no oils or marinades) with salad on the side. Shoulder feeling good, I'm heading back in today for pull day. I've changed up the training routine a bit.

Looking super solid. I contemplated adding a mid-way photo comparison, but I think I'd rather save it for the end and hope for a super noticeable before/after. Everything fitting great, have great energy, performance at hockey has been better. Its been a great log for me so far, and almost half left still!

so 10lb weightloss in roughly 5 weeks. Also consider I had been losing before, so I didn't get that "padded" first week of weight loss you get when you first start dieting

Overall happy with those results. Holding myself accountable, the last two weekends have been "meh" nutritionally. It was 70 degrees in the Boston area yesterday, good reminder that time to prepare for summer is running out! Pedal to the metal for these last ~4 weeks of the log.

I have Anabolic Effect sitting on my shelf already for after this, contemplating getting another bottle of Epi too. We will see!

Food was good, had an excellent ribeye for dinner with homemade caesar salad. Hockey nights are always a rush, so I do something quick. Tonight will be an open face double 90% lean hamburger pre-game!

Definitely noticing major improvements lately in vascularity. My biceps vein is really rocking, haven't seen that old lad in a while!

Closing in on the end, really enjoying this! Yesterday I felt great, i've felt great at hockey the last few weeks also. Some days you get that "on" feeling ALMOST reminiscent of a cycle. For someone who's natty like me, its a nice feeling!

Another solid day! Great performance at hockey last night, I've been taking my LE before the game, then following it up with a black coffee. Things are going so well, I don't want to change it haha.

We will see what happens with the weigh-in. I was up a little this morning which is SORT OF shocking. Weekend wasn't great but really wasn't any worse than the weeks leading up to it. Then again, my game was late (1020pm) so I ate and drank a decent amount right before going to bed. So maybe tomorrow I'm caught up? We will see! Either way I'm feeling great and looking solid. Abs are tighter, vascularity way better. Lifts going up. All is well! Looking forward to the pics at end

Heading in for a nice push workout tonight. I get my first shot of the vaccine tomorrow, so I'll be off - we will see how that goes! Hopefully back in Saturday morning if I'm feeling okay

Vaccine Feedback:

In case anyone cares, here's my experience getting the Pfizer
-Quick and organized process
-Shot itself didn't hurt, no immediate side effects.
-By night my shoulder was feeling real stiff/pumped
-By morning shoulder felt like someone cross checked me as hard as they could in the shoulder
-I felt a little "off" for 24-48 hours but not "sick"
-Was only the first one, second one in a few weeks!
-Definitely plan on having the next day off, even for the first one. I definitely could have worked but glad I didn't have to. I did cardio that night and next day but plan on having at least the next day off from the gym. Even today I'm not sure how shoulders will be

Last week I stayed the same. So 2 weeks ago I lost like half pound, last week the same. No bueno. My own fault, weekends have been a mess. Getting way stronger, muscles looking very full, and nice pump. I'll post a quick gym selfie momentarily

Thanks man! Arms have always come a bit easier for me. Definitely have added volume on this stack, and now that I'm more cut/vascular everything is popping more. I expect this to be a good weigh-in week. I'll post up my food log from yesterday shortly!
