Here comes the data dump from the weekend! Had a lot going on so didn't get to post. Food was....meeehhh haha. Could have been better or worse but I didn't log which I'm trying to be better at. Overall I'm my own worst critic, and it was back to work today anyways. I should be liked up for a good week still.
Workout 2-27-21
Weighted Pullups - BW+45lb X5, X5, X4
Wide Grip Pullups - BW X10, X8
Neutral Wide Pulldowns - 220lb X4, X4 160lb X10
Cambered Cable Pullovers - 95lb X5, X4 72lb X10
Cambered Curls - 110lb X5, X4 70lbX12
Hammer Strength Preacher Curls - 200lb X1 185lbX4 125lbX14
Hammer Strength Crunch Machine - 200lb X20, X20, X15
Bent Calves - 180lb X25, 225lb X15, X15
Did some hardcore intervals after these on the arch trainer. I'm trying out 30 seconds on, 30 off. So far I've only been able to do like 2-3 most days haha. I really go balls to the wall all out on them, then cut the resistance in half and catch breath. I do 2-3 with 30 on, 30 off then I do more with 30 on, 60 off. Its really killer and I'm sure good for hockey. I've done intervals a ton in the past but it was usually more like 60 on, 2 off. Sure I burn more calories with the longer workout, but fitness wise I definitely feel like I've had the bag beaten out of me with 10-12 minutes of the quicker interval system versus longer.

Great workout, burnt a ton of calories (liking this new Apple Watch actually, I got to admit it).

DB Preacher Curls - 45lb X6, X6
Standing Calf Machine - 235lb X20, X16, X15
Leg Raises - 2 sets of drop set (5 hanging, 15 against the pad)
Feeling pretty strong here. 230+lb and pulling an extra plate for 5 pullups. All going well, had a nice steak for dinner and a good workout - whats to complain about? Weigh in coming thursday morning again.
