id prob start at like 4 a day, cuz I know when I first got on 6 the first day I was driving home, and I was so mad at everything and everyone for driving like retards I didnt even know what to do with myself but yell lol

Been a couple days since I posted just been real busy and TIREDD from jui jitsu..
I decided to just take up one for now, get my endurance and strength up, then slowly start incorporating boxing and muy thai. Im really liking the BJJ, its just pretty difficult starting out with no knowledge of anything.. Funny thing is ive lost 2 pounds, so I am up to 14 pounds on the cycle, but I look leaner and bigger. I am definatly leaning out from all this cardio im doing, but im still keeping calories pretty high and the pro and carbs up. Recovery kinda uskcs right now I am wicked sore and I have class again tonight..
Gonna start incorporating BCAAS, creatine, and i need to look into some kinda mma supplemntation.
My PCT is going kinda well, but I do feel like my libido has dropped since the cycle..im still on the DTHC so this kinda wierded me out, then again it might be because im so busy and exausted and stressed .. Ill keep you guys updated..
PS. the Neovar is awesome! I cant really say I notice it yet but I feel like it is gonna help me with recovery and leaning out while keeping the carbs moderatly high!

i think im gonna go on 6x drive a day and 2 dthc ( as well as 2nd gear)..what you guys think about this?

and ive decided starting next week im gonna hit the gym in the AM before work...mon wed and fri doing 5x5 or a squat/push/pull routine something like that utilizing compound strength movements to get me in better shape for BJJ![]()
