WAF Seizes his Gainz with Spartanutrition Cerberus/Hard

My typical workout....i could train shoulders again today not sore at all. I tend to recover very fast, unless i cripple myself on leg day. But my shoulder are used to a 10-12 construction work day and training. I'm checking out a new gym today Powerhouse gym, as im getting completly fed up the the people at the gym im going to now. Men in yoga pants texting every few seconds, people standing around doing nothing taking up space. Not to mention the fight i almost got into yesterday in the change room......told him "you stare one more time your going to the hospital". Plan and simple too many ignorant people who have no idea what they're doing. I might pick up a tub of Universal's new animal pack mutli, some carb killa bars and maybe a few other bars/cookies to try hopping that takes my sweet craving away. throwing on some new exhaust on the car today, and heading to Audi to see what's coming in for 2016/2017....been waiting for a long time for an RS4 or RS3. But i doubt the RS4 will arrive in N.A. The problem i can see with the RS3 is it's size.

my shoulders really get tanked on these kind high volume routines, doesn't stop me though...fug that lol
 
Yesterday's arm workout was no less the ultra pump.....painful at a point. I did 30 min Cardio.

Hammer curls 5 sets
Dips 5 sets 3 at the start and 2 burners to finish them off. Last to i did was pure negative twitch like a mofo by the end.
Hammer Strength seat bicep machine 4 sets
OverHead DB raises (both arms) 4 sets
Seated incline curls 4 sets
Rope extension over head 4 sets
Rope Hammer curls 4 sets
Rev skull crushers 4 sets damn those babies burn. thanks for the ideas I think seen it in smith_69 log. First time big city.lol
Standing alternating hammer and convientional curls. 2 sets tons of reps till couldn't move them.

Put a fork in me. Time to eat. Today was my favorite day....Leg Day.

Leg press 10 sets hit a PR today with 9 plates for 19 reps....honestly didn't know if i was going to get the last one but i already committed thank you rage for getting me out of a pickle

Behind the neck squat (low bar) 4 sets high reps

Leg Curls 8 sets

Leg extensions 8 sets

Hammer Strength V-squat 3 sets.

Straight legged deadlifts 3 sets.

Had to take a few mins to get changed couldn't support myself on one leg. Laughing my ass off falling all over the place. Soaked and looked like i had 3 heart attacks in a row lol only way to train legs... driving down the highway big smile on my face, i know this feeling..... pull over had a few pukes carry on. Got my ab workout today also lol. So i've drop some more carbs/cals from my diet and starting to tighten up again. Looking forward to next few weeks glorious pain and gain. As i mentioned in smith_69 log, i find the results im getting from this stack is like a tren/mast cycle not crazy weight gain but constants daily changes over time. This seems more viable in my mind to have slower quality gains then being a water buffalo and loosing most of then when off. I'll be running Lean once this is done and perhaps some 11-kt with some Winny and small amount of test. I'm blasting and cruising for awhile since i'm not working and baby duties are done.

Im glad we are all getting the results from this. I have to believe that we have all been honest here, have great support from many members offering great advice and an awesome product with the same end result; to succeed on our goals.

This has truly helped me and I sincerely thank all of you

Definitely learnt a few things here from good members, one thing i don't do is BS. White is white black is black, i tell it how it is and if there's issues....sounds like a personal problem not mine. Great coming to a site with like minded individuals trying to achieve their personal goals, and helping others on the way. No one knows it all and can learn from everyone. I wouldn't be surprised if you get a few over 210 bro. No issues what i've seen in your log. It's haters and trolls with jealousy that ruin it for everyone in the industry. 2016 will be what you make of it as does every year. Hard work always pays off...photoshopping gains like so many is only lying to yourself truth comes around sooner than later.
 
I figure id throw up a couple pics... havent really done any. Both im not pumped in but you can tell a difference especially in my back. im almost blinding how pale i am need to go for a tan.

Sounds like an awesome workout, some serious veinage there. Yes if you are doing a pump higher rep type workout your goal is pain. If I am not aching then I'm doing something wrong. I do find now that I am stronger at the extreme ranges, and more accustomed to this style of lifting, that I don't feel quite as much ache. I find I am adding things like more drops or additional partials at the end of the set.

Yah i totally agree I barely even get sore anymore. Also what i've notice over time is doing extreme negatives and time under tension reps is to get that last little pump possible....."the pain pump is how I'd describe it. Thanks for the compliments and encouragement, my arms get very veiny now when i train they get huge. Anytime I eat anything and pumpy pump happens then the sweats happen hello thermogenic mode LOL. Very excited how this run will turn out. My goal was to get around 200 in decent shape by end of summer. Weighed in today at 193 so i've gain 5lbs but am noticeably leaner. You can definitely use this a recomp stack IMO.
 
That all sounds fantastic, these products really seem to be delivering. I kind of knew it from the first time I read the labels though, call it a gut feeling.

I have been doing some read overs about the next four weeks and I am contemplating asking a certain individual on this thread, on this page for a 4 week blitz to push as close to 210. the 4 weeks alone is madness enough, the routine would most likely be (scratch that) it would be insane.

That feeling when you wake up with new lines in your arms that weren't there the day before ;) As i mentioned before everyday is an improvement and progress is nice and steady. No carbs yet as you can tell my veins are flat.

Not really she is 1/2 French Mastiff 1/4 American Bulldog 1/4 Boxer shes around 110lbs

Nice dog bud, I can't show my wife she'll want to go out to town to find one ;) Love Bully breeds no other has their goofiness and random things they do.
 
shes a pain the ass sometimes, but I love her. she is great with both of my girls 7 & 8. Protective of fam but for never owning a dog, I cant complain. Greatest loving dog in the world

LOL Fear the forearm Bitch..... Yah she's a great dog that stopped a break in last year tore the hell out of the guys....... had to clean up so i didn't loose her on some stupid law. Very loyal and nice, unless you mess wish her or us.

She's a damn treat whore all the time! Her latest is doing bronco spins and wipping out cause i laughed at her one time no she does it on a daily. Just don't want her to slip and bust a hip on the hardwood floor cause no traction. So i try...try not to laugh.
 
Thanks again to all you guys for your support on this log/run I appreciate all your input. Would like to see some good criticism on my weak points if possible, sometime you loose focus on weak points and need a hint or two on what's lack or can improve on. Cheers its Friday!!!!!
 
not sure where you live but currently in NJ and there was a billboard for this service. almost 10 bucks per meal delivered and im sure there are cheaper places but preparing alot of this food although is fun at times, i just have so much going on different times during the week it is hard to make 2-3 days worth at a time

I actually live in NJ....what's the name of this service? It'd be nice to know for desperate times when I can't prep my same old boring ass meals.

**** me over, everytime Luna eats she does the same thing....then has to poop. lol It's like she's trying to work out a knot in her back on a foam roller or lacrosse ball. Weird dude maybe its a boxer thing. My last American Bulldog didn't do it, or my mastiff rotti (Ronin RIP 198lbs but he got good at running through fences when kids threw rocks at him a few times i guess he though jumping is a waste of time.....Always returned to front of house on the steps sitting like a gargoyle. lol

Yah he was huge my dad at the time walked him a few times and my dad would great ragdolled (dad's 6'1 330) i was the only one who could walk him without im pulling.....very alpha dog, painless.

The husky's i seen in person were around 80 -100 pounds but might have a lil wolf cross or something im guessing. Great dogs though. big dogs aren't always great to have i some situations.

the farts- omg are the worst- snoring and she lays on her couch chair and all you hear is tissss - she released some vile gas odor one night under the kitchen table and my father in law was like wtf, almost made him puke lol

Looking good man, and hard to tell what your weak points are from the pictures you have posted. Back looks on point, and you are nice and lean, have good muscle but need some better pictures at different angles to see your body enough to mention weak points.
 
Today was Cardio/Chest/Calves. Decided to try out calves today to see how my strain was from last week, no issues. Probably run another week of BPC-157 just to make sure its all taken care of. Feel a lil rundown today but i think its my carb intake ill have to add a few.

Cardio- 25min on treadmill incline

Calves-

Seated calf raises-10 sets high reps last 2 sets to failure

Chest-

Incline DB presses- hit another PR today 90 x21 seems like every week I'm gaining a couple reps ever week. 5 sets and one double dropset to failure
Dips-6 sets failure each set
HammerStrength decline presses-5 sets
Seated Cable flys- 6 sets and 1 dropset
HammerStrength flat press-4 sets to failure
Standing One Arm Cable Flys- 2 sets to failure

LOL!! Yah i've got a 2013 A4 Sline STG2 with every bolt-on possible....just need more power. Problem is i heard the RS4 wont come here in a long long time. If the RS3 is too small the S6 would fill the gap nicely.

B7 a4 stage2+. Also eagerly waiting on the rs3 honestly but also heavily eyeballing a 4.0t car s6/s7

Nice, yah 4.0T with a tune is insane bump in power. Still contemplating keeping the A4 since almost paid off and theres the new EFR BT kit from APR 400+ at the wheels. Got to see the rs3 in person before I decide on anything supposedly it's coming out around q1 2017. So a lil time to decide but with a lil one on the way I'll probably end up in a S6 for the room and comfort.
