As you can see, I've definitely moved up in a reasonable manner within the span of 6 days. The strength boost primarily implicates the DTHC/Sunami.

Let the record show, Day 18 was cut short due to time constraints, I had plenty more in me. This latter portion, is definitely more indicative of the positive effects of White Flood. Increased physical energy and mental energy, not to mention the other positive physiological stemming from the Beta-Alanine and the NO & Vasodilation effects.
