~12 years of various routines including German Volume, DC training, traditional split and full body. I also play numerous sports on a competitive level so fitness has always been a part of my life. Going to the gym and a 5km run is second nature, it is like breathing to me. I believe in putting the body under some sort of physical stress daily because that's how we're hard wired, like any other animal that has to survive. This along with good nutrition and my daily natural/herbal support supps, will hopefully increase my chances of having a healthy life.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I usually switch between the following:
Full body using HST training for 2-3 months.
P90X for 2-3 months.
2on 1off Split using heavy weight for 2-3 months.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Maintenance. 6 balanced meals with nothing out of the normal.
Protein: lean beef, chicken, eggs, and tuna
Carbs: Rice, oatmeal, whole grain bread, potatoes.
Fats: Virgin olive oil, butter.

Current Daily water intake:
1 litre/day

Goals:
Stay lean while gaining 3-4lbs of muscle

Pretty much what is seen in my product logs or variations of similair formulas. So to date my favourite natural testosterone products are Triazole, Activate Xtreme, and Diesel Test Hardcore. My favourite creatine product is VPX NO Shotgun. I have done a couple cycles of phs H-Drol and M-Drol.

My foundation supplements that i take on a daily basis for general health are, Kyolic Garlic, Fish oil, Resveratrol, ALCAR, Ginseng and Rhodiola.

After 2 years of track transitioned into lifting for practical purposes and for the last year ive been lifting for more bodybuilding reasons. I will be done cutting and back to bulking and trying to gain as much LBM as possible for the next 6 months or so. Ultimate goal is 195lbs 8%bf

WHY should we choose you ! !):started weight lifting in high school for 2 years, foolishly just throwing weight around no plan, no real routine. Found jiu jitsu 4 years ago and fell in love, trained 3 years with no weight lifting, was talking to my instructor and he spoke highly of my technique but told me my strength sucked. Here I was training 4-5 times a week in jiu jitsu, and I allocated my time into the weight room, lifting semi religiously 4-5 times now, and jiu jitsu twice a week. I went from 155 slender to 190 strong and sloppy. So now my goal is a recomp/cut where I can keep all this muscle I gained while slowly dropping to 170ish haven't decided how low I want to go again.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):all workouts surrounding the big 3 [bench, deads, squats] moderate weight with high reps 10-15 range. Do a 5 day split, [chest, shoulders, back, legs, arms] haven't finished reading 5/3/1 but will probably switch over beginning of the year.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): 2kish 40/40/20 macros. I tend to eat clean

Current Daily water intake: gallon

Training experience: I've had some successful logs here. I'm not sure if people value my opinion but I say it like it is. A lot of supps aren't perfect and I try to find the goods and the bads and point them out as best I can. I have been training pretty constantly for almost 10 years. The Past 2 years I have been the most active in trying to better my physique via nutrition and supplementation along with training and started using a more structured approach to training. (For more you can read my Bio here as I don't want to make this TOO long)


Current Training Schedule / Protocol :

I follow a cyclical training program to get the most of my training. Usually I will use a CNS stim program mixed in with some hypertrophy in the form of some EDT. Then when I cycle off this I usually jump into a 5x5 or 531 type program to just get a feel for my 1rms. My main focus is strength/speed/force generation. But I like to look good naked so I tend to over do it sometimes ;)

Tue- Rest/Cardio+abs
Wed- Deads/Upper pulls

Goals:
Currently trying to cut weight, I would rather recomp but I think that for my sanity cutting/bulking cycles are best for me.

Also, when I was not as educated I took A LOT of supps that came out of a GNC.....

You will receive a one month supply to start the log. As the log progresses you will then be sent another and then finally another. They decided to do this because of past experiences where people randomly stopped posting.

Thats a pretty good idea, I've had a few recent loggers just vanish after a couple of posts and you don't want that on a 3 month log lol

Here is some dosing protocols for you:


VidaTest Dosing Protocol

It is extremely important that you dose on an empty stomach(2-3hours after a meal) and 30-45mins before eating.

I recommend four pills for the majority of people on the board unless you weigh below 180 or you are stacking. Three works very well when stacked with estrogen lowering agents.

People have had success with two easier dosing protocols. Taking four pills upon awakening works just as well as long as the bioperine doesn't bother your stomach. You can also dose two upon wakening and two before bed if on an empty stomach. As long as you get four pills in per day on an empty stomach timing doesn't really matter.
