he aint holding that much fat. maybe 10-11%. Its hard to carry around that much, especially muscle, demands alot of energy and blood flow too like that.
Good to see some pics though.

that's the side effect of getting extremelt large. I know many guys that are 285-300 and get out of breathe fast because they are so large. they even have trouble tieing their shoes. They also have trouble sleeping. sleep apnea.

I don't want to get that big. Health is important
