VECTOR transformation contest thread!!!!#$%

You'll be fine. This happened to me... once.
All I had to do was grab a quart of chocolate brownie fudge ice cream; sat down in front of the television
and now this is important, ate the entire tub slowly while enjoying a stream of my favorite shows.

Do this, and I think we caught it in time.
That. was. close.
I second this opinion, but I prefer butter pecan praline ice cream
 
I made cream can chicken tonight and used Weber Beer can chicken seasoning with a bottle of Redd's apple ale. First time using this seasoning and I'm hooked. Keeping my portions small might be difficult. Lol!

Lol! I'm just trying to get the conversion away from ice cream. Some of the parents were talking about cakes tonight at taekwondo practice and I was trying my best to not listen. I wound up talking about cakes too. *sigh* I've been good all week but that cake and ice cream talk is killing me!!

This is awesome. Although one day I picture lukehayd getting a call and you asking him to drive to some random warehouse in the middle of nowhere with a shovel and a few gallons of bleach....still though, it might be worth it

Appreciate it bud! I already started a couple bottles of some other stuff that I had in my stash, though. I hate having bottles started but not finishing them so I will regretfully decline your offer at this time. That, and like Todd implied, I never really know what kind of "favor" you'll want in return! I remember you being into some weird stuff. Lol!!

It's not bleach that you want to use, it's muratic acid........

Down 5.7 lbs from Monday morning. Current weight is 173.9 from the 179.6. Really wanted to eat a doughnut (or 2 or 3) today at work but resisted the temptation. Made it even harder being that they were Daylight Donuts.

This is 3 weeks on Vector. I started 196ish, now im hovering around 200ish. I have seen some increases in my working sets.

Day 1 of Vector:

3-19-18 flat barbell bench 225x6x2 205x6

3-21-18 squat 225x12x2 225x8

3-24 flat barbell bench 205x10,9,6

3-28 squat 235x12,10

3-31 flat barbell bench 225x7, 205x7x2

4-3 squat 235x12 240x12x2

4-6 flat barbell bench 230x7, 210x10,8

4-8 squat 250x12x2 225x12

As you can see in 3 weeks time the changes in reps and weight. I got yesterday by an employee if I was wearing a medium shirt, I showed him the large size tab. I do feel swollen most of the day. Far as sense of well being, well I try to stay positive everyday, so I haven't really noticed a difference there.

Actually no, both pictures were taken within 30 seconds of each other this morning. I went and did legs after these were taken.

I have that for breakfast and i have no work ethic the rest of the day. Sh1t makes me lazy and stupid. Which is funny cause i used to NEED it to function

I use it for my ankle pain so it really helps out . Especially on leg days I benefit the most from it.
 
iits not that it kills pain per se', rather it allows me to focus on other things besides the pain.. Some cannabis is being genetically made to yield high amounts of CBD and little to no THC.. this would maybe allow you to feel some pain relief but I bet it subtle at best.. I will take the psychoactive properties to help ignore the underlying pain.

I never got any pain relief from cbd either. Some people swear by it so obviously it does something but never did anything for me
 
I plan on starting follidrone next week. So i'll be running both Vector and Follidrone for the final 8 weeks out of 12.

After I work out, I use to eat 3 eggs then a protein shake and cup of green tea. Since I have been on Vector it got bumped to 4 eggs. Today, 4 eggs, slice of bread, other half of banana and a protein shake. brundel you are killing my grocery bill! Lol!

Yes but the cravings are because the body is using the food to build muscle.
Keep feeding the hunger and watch yourself transform.
 
The hunger is insane for me, I've never had a problem eating and this is making it 10x worse lol. On a good note I haven't put on as much fat as I would if not on something so its definitely doing something...

Up 7 lbs after my first month. Just got off of a week of twice a days and waiting on the supercompensation.

Vector + Follidrone + AlphaMax.. almost finishing 3 months.. FD2 & Vector together are great for recomp!

Gotta burn now that last layer of fat to get my abs well visible

Realy good recomp! But how can you have been running Vector for 3 months? It as not been out that long.
