Jacob,

I'm starting a recomp next week and need to decide if I am going to use OEP during.
I'll be starting AP sunday and am in the process of deciding where to put my caloric range and what kind've trainng, I'm up to 205 but have put on some blubber. I'm gonna keep the calories on the higher side (3000 ish) but let the AP and added cardio burn off some of the initial fat.I don't wanna just drop the calories down to maintenance right away because I want to keep adding muscle slowly and avoid any future plateau (in fat loss)...plust most of the time in the past when cutting i've lost lean mass. As I see fit I will adjust calories from there, maybe 50-100 a week.

Anyway the point is, would it be beneficial to run OEP at higher calories? or wait until i reduce the calories in the future...which i don't know when that will be, I feel like with the fantastic products of AP and Prime and a clean diet, in order to lose BF, You dont have to drastically cut. Dreamweaver for example is the master at recomping.

Thank you in advance.

USE OEP when you want to cut down on the calories. OEP will make that transition EASY! Good luck eating eating 3000 cals on OEP, if you can, you are a special animal.

I would use recreate with AP and PRIME it will allow you to eat clean and burn fat as fuel while gaining muscle.

guys, what's the ETA on this? It feels like i have been waiting forever! Cut the crap so we can cut the fat! :D

Whatever I NEED more PowerFULL and SuperCissus Rx and of course Recreate ahhh yeahhh

What he said!!!!

I wish i had some more cash.
Just bought the sixpack stack, but the Recreate is going to my mom... she used one bottle over the summer and lost weight even without a solid diet, so this time around i got her goin on a good diet and promised her the recreate.

Neither....you will just wake up one morning and it will be right there next to your alarm clock, waiting for you....
