Why Do I Eat?
Because when I travel I love hitting up mom and pop places and trying new diners.
For example I am heading up to buffalo this weekend, one of my first stop is Paula's Donuts, some of the best in buffalo.

Was just through china eating my way through the provinces - had some amazing street food and Peking duck in Beijing
 
I eat because I like to pretend that I'm having something for dessert that looks as good as Paula's Donuts!

NGREDIENTS:
1 whole eggs
1 cup of all purpose/almond/coconut flour
1/2 cup of almond/skim/coconut/rice milk
2 scoops of usplabs milk chocolate protein powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of brown sugar/stevia (add less if you prefer)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter


DIRECTIONS:
¬ Preheat oven to 350°
¬ Mix flour, protein powder, salt & baking powder. (Dry Ingredients)
¬ Mix milk, melted butter and eggs. (Wet Ingredients)
¬ Slowly incorporate wet mixture to dry mixture, stir well.
¬ Spray the donut pan with oil. Add in mixture to the pan.
¬ Bake for 17 minutes. Check using a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's ready! Remove the pan from oven, and remove donuts from donut pan to allow the donuts to cool down and not overcook
¬Topping is up to you - chocolate/caramel/cream cheese frosting/melted butter topped with sprinkles or cinnamon/white sugar.

Tuesday is our last day of work til the new year (one of the perks of working for a university -- I make peanuts, but this break is awesome). Now that I'll have some time, I'm definitely going to be doing some baking and I think this will def be on my list.



Oh, and I eat so Bob won't make fun of me for not having tried certain things (never had Graeter's til I felt insecure in the ice cream thread lol). Buckeye FTW.
 
I eat to heal. Eating right to get the right nutrition can lead to a better quality of life. Eat things that have the densest nutrition per volume of food. Spiralina/ Green powder, smoothies, juicing has all been some of the best changes in my diet ive ever made. Better sex drive, better complexion, more strength, more energy, more.mental clarity, better sleep, better immune system, the list goes on.

I also eat cause its an addiction. A couple years ago I did the master cleanse by Stanley Burroughs. This cleanse really got me in touch with my body. You realize that cravings is your bodies addiction to eating and most times you don't need what you are craving.

I also eat to grow. Diet is over 50% the formula for growth and without enough calories (with p/c/f ratio for body type), muscle gain is minimal.

Usp labs doing it again! I love eating to experience new flavors and foods. I will try anything at least once and love the experience of getting excited for a new restaurant or new dish I've never had.

I live to eat actually. I don't classify myself as a foodie but I do travel the world to see different cultures and eat there food. Last year I traveled through china and ate lots of street food you top tier restaurants. Must say I was impressed with everything. This year I traveled through to the south eating all the country style food and soil food.
That's my excuse why it's hard for me to cut lol

For one people on a cut don't have to feel like they have to get rid of there breads and tortillas . This has protein and healthy fats . The drink is made with monk fruit to sweeten it so this is as natural as I can find .
 
I eat because several reasons.
Either I want to be a sidewalk cracking, big mf. Or I want to be a bit leaner than I am.
As I get older I enjoy having my size, but to be honest my body hates it, I hurt to much. So I tend to try and lean some. That's when my watching my intake come to play.
But I am a big hillbilly so when grandma's cooking is laid out, this big man is eating. Ha
I enjoy banging the iron and coming back and refuelling my body with what it needs.

Over the years I try to focus. More on the eat to live, than the live to eat moto.
