Ultimate Sexual Weekend Stack?!?!?

I got a good question for you guys. Lets say you only had like 3-5 days to prep and ordering online was not an option due to shipping/price restraints. What supplements/foods would you buy for your pornstar stack? Like if you went to a local drugstore, shoppe for vitamins, or place where they sell bodybuilding supplements. Also what foods would you buy?
 
If I had 5 days to prep, I'd go with some:

Supps:
-Nolvadren-XT. Used this twice before and always gets me going. Ups the mojo, libido and alpha-ness.
-Epimedium: get a good icariin extract, like 40%. Take a look at AI's Stoked.

Foods:
-fruit. Like mangoes and peaches. Maybe even some pineapple.
-strawberries. Had read somewhere that they act as an aphrodisiac. Not really sure.

As always, everyone responds differently, but Nolvadren-XT and a good epimedium work well for me

I just started taking a whole bunch of stuff, however, I was looking for many things at once...mood booster, libido, test, AI/Anti-E, PDE-5 Inhibitor, and general supps for day to day health. I can say that already I seem to be hanging a little lower, but nothing else yet and I'm sure this stuff needs to build up, so I am being patient with it. I can list everything I'm taking and dosing if so desired, but I don't want to just post up if not needed by someone since it is a very long list.
I am trying natural stuff before turning to TRT even though a lot of people said the natty stuff won't help me (mostly they said Test) since I am 47 years old...but I had to give it a shot).

Erections are still the same or maybe a little better for me and I don't feel that much hornier. My mood does seem a bit better. I know these need to build up. I've only been on this for 5 days...I will cycle using the 5 on 2 off method.

Have you ever tried Anavar? It's really a good supplement for cutting fat and helping you shed some pounds. I used it and lost about 11 pounds

How's volume and refractory period?
 
A little more volume, refractory about the same...I think time will tell with this and I bet I have too much stuff there, lol.
 
Last night I tried a full day dose of Titanium at 3 caps, 3g of L-Citrulline, 3 caps of L-Dopa.... worked pretty damn well.
 
How the hell are you supposed to know what is doing what with that laundry list of supplements?

All the things in the list have a purpose...I will admit, some have the same purpose as others but I wanted to try and hit it from all angles just to see what happens...As far as I know, there aren't things on there that would "cancel" other things in the list...but I don't know...that's why I asked for comments from people who have tried things in the list. I do know that one or more of the natty PDE-5 inhibitors might be working because I've had the somewhat stuffy nose symptom (slightly, but noticeable). All feel free to comment...I can always stop taking some, while leaving others.

For all I know I may be under dosing some of them...like the Icarrin, it's 98% pure Icarrin and the scoop measures 1/8th a teaspoon, which they say is a range of 250-400mg. I take one scoop in the morning and one pre-workout...I'm not sure if that is enough or too little. That's why I asked for help.

I do need some help from the rest of you...what items on my list can I take daily and not cycle?

I feel like what you're doing is good. I'm big on cycling all of my supplements. Either do the five on and two off or do six weeks on and two weeks off. Keep your body guessing. Never stay on something too long or your body will get used to it and eventually need it
 
I feel like that has been the most prominent post in this thread. I feel like one should treat their sexual performance like weight lifting.

Yes supplements "help" and will give you that added extra push but ultimately a sound diet and training regiment will provide and deliver the best results.

If you implement that idea towards your sexual performance and eat a well balanced diet to provide you proper energy for the bedroom and actually spend the time training your PC muscle it will deliver phenomenal results. I have been training it for like 2 months now and experiencing harder erections along with now getting better at controlling my climax.

Some herbs may be specially cultivated under strict controls for the supplier, but others could be sourced from the wild , in which case they could be growing in contaminated soil and subject to toxins , not only from the soil but from other things like excrement.If your supplier carnt give you the information you require , id leave well alone -just a thought.

Its probably best if you work backwards ie decide on whose brand of the herb you want to buy , then contact the company thats bottling it so to speak or if your buying through a health food store/online supplement store, contact them by phone to see if they can help by supplying contact details of the brand.

We are all guilty of pushing pills down into our stomach knowing very little of the background they come from , we assume they are manufactured under the same regulations and strict controls as for example food, but are they? You very rarely see companies opening up and showing photos/videos of the manufacturing process of any of their products.
