DC Workout A1
Workout went really wel until the end. BB rows are not for me. They put way to much indirect stress on my lower back injury so I need to find an alternate exercise. I'll be looking for one tomorrow but if anyone has a suggestion for another back width exercise, speak up. I'll try to remember the weights the best I can.
BB Bench Press: 220 8/4/2. Pretty happy with this. I'm up 15lbs from the last A1 w/o so thats good, I guess.
Chest Stretch with 35's for 90 sec. This is taking some time for me to progress on. I moved the weight down so I could go for 90 sec, but I still struggled to get there.
Military Shoulder Press w/ PT machine: 170 8/5/3. Up 10lbs from last week.
Shoulder Stretch
Tri Pulldown: Cant remember weight here. But I do remember it was tough and I should probably stay at this weight next time.
Tri Stretch.
Lat Pulldown: I messed up here. I accidentaly set the weight at the same as last time but didnt notice until I was done. It was a little too easy so I need to up it next w/o.
BB rows: Like I said, I need to find an alternate exercise here. Too much lower back/ciatic nerve pain that I can still feel while just sitting here.
Back Stretch.
Cycle Sides/Thoughts:
-3rd week now and I dont have any sides as of yet.
-P-Plex makes me feel great, especially after the morning dose. I dont even need any coffee

-Not feeling shut down at all.
-Muscle hardness still there.
-Sleeping like a baby.
-I'm keeping a close eye on my waist line now. I feel like its put on some water/fat but my abs are still visible so who knows.
-Appetite is growing fast. I started getting a little hypo today so to me, thats a good sign.
-I broke down and had some trail mix around 3:00

-Vascularity is increasing. This is something I especially like since I am not naturally vascular AT ALL.
Today I added some SFL to my pre w/o. I have to say it def gave me the kick I needed but since this was my first w/o with PP, I'd say it might be a combo of both. SFL kicked in super fast for me. I may have to take it right before I w/o from now on. Taste is good also
Should be getting my TP DC protein this week as well as the Jason Wojo DVD, so I'm kinda stoked about that.
