Epi Dosage @ 30MG ed.
Sides/Thoughts:
-No sides to report as of yet so that is good. Not that I'm expecting too much from Epi as far as sides but ya know.
-Appetite still hasnt kicked off like I had hoped. I really need this to get better because I'm sick of having to force my food down.
-Mood is fine. Not really any change one way or another.
-Diet was a little off this weekend but not by much. I had a cheat meal at my company pool party and last night we had some WW pasta for my gf's going away dinner. But other than that, it was good. I got my protein in both days so that's the most important thing.
-Seem to be a slight bit thicker. But I suspect this to be some water since I was coming off a low carb and held little to none during that time.

Incline Smith Press: Final RP was 185 5/2/1. Got off to a bad start with this one. I know I can get more than this but something just didnt feel right on the last try. Oh well.
Chest Stretch W/ 40's for 60 sec.
Smith Shoulder Press: Final RP was 120 8/5/3 First time ever for this exercise.
Shoulds Stretch
Skull Crushers: Final RP was 70 10/6/6
Tri Stretch: Stretched it really well this time. Finally got the correct position.
Rack Chins: Final RP was 10/6/3 with 25lbs. First time doing these but I like

Back Stretch w/ no weight
DB Rows: Final RP was 45 10/5/5
Back Stretch w/ no weight.
Kinda dissapointed with the weight I pushed today. But when I woke up on Sat and Sun, I was feeling it BAD. So I know I got a lot out of this w/o.
B2 (today)
Incline DB Curls: Final RP was 40 8/5/3
Bi Stretch
Rev Grip EZ Bar Curls: Final SS was 60x12. Need to up the weight here.
Bi Stretch
Close Toe Calf Raise (Powertech): Final SS 280lbs of weights x20 reps. Need to up the weight a lot.
Standing Leg Curls: Final RP was 30 8/5/5. I need to work at these. Feel really weak here 
Ham Stretch
Closed Feet Powertech Squat: Final SS was 230lbs of weight x5 reps. 20 reps with 140lbs of weight.
Quad Stretch
This w/o was a little weird. Super busy day at work might have made me lose a little focus. I didnt have much intensity which is not usually me. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
So far I like DC. It's not that I think it's some revolutionary/groundbreaking w/o scheme, it's just that I like it and I feel it will work for me. It's a proven routine with a 3 day split which is good for me right now.
Will be upping the Epi dosage to 40mg tomorrow
