turning my oryx goat whey into a gainer?

besides mcts and oats, what can I put in my oryx goat whey to make it a gainer. Or do they make any goat whey gainers on the market.

I cant have oats, peanuts or mcts. I got lots of allergies. The big thing holding me back is I cant eat wheat. So how can I make this Goat whey a gainer?

Just drink the whey shake with a meal, that's the best formula for gaining yo!

Nutra is out of stock at the moment..there are some problems with Nutra's Goat's ..some Libido problems from I heared..:lol:

Throw your shake in the blender with some fruits if all else fails. You could also add some EVOO, but add it slowly b/c too much will likely not taste great. Oh, and can you have flax seeds? You can buy milled at WalMart or just throw the whole seeds into a coffee bean grinder.
