The DB weights on the seated shoulder press are very impressive! Shoulders are forming boulders on them!
 
Starting to get my lifting back to a normal routine, I hope anyway.

Shoulder workout today albeit at home and not the gym.

Seated DB shoulder press
50 x 15

Really wish I had some 90's and 100's at home...

Use some wrist / ankle weights for another 5-10 lbs maybe?
 
Workout Saturday was arms and I just went through the motions. Did both wide and narrow grip up to 105 and then both grips on Skull crushers.

Sunday workout - Chest
Incline barbell bench

Incline DB press
80 x 10 x 3
80 x 8

Incline flyes
50 x 10 x 4

Gotta get my groove back. I can tell I've been slacking...

Thanks Thomas. I just haven't been feeling it for about 2 months now though. Life has gotten in the way...lol. It's ok though, I'm not competing or anything so as long as I keep pushing when I can then I'm good. But, I can feel it on my heavy sets, that frustrates me and will drive me. And the fact that my arms are my trade mark chiseled and veiny biceps bothers me.gotta get that back, first gotta eat this bowl of ice cream...lol

That'd be tough for me after a long rest. I haven't tried to DB press in a while, but that weight imo is difficult to press let alone stabilize.
 
That weight is hard to get up into position

Yeah, with the 80's I bounce the weight up with my knees. That is difficult at times. Half bounce half hammer curl. Need a bench that has supports for DB's...lol

115 on the ez curls ... mah elbows are screamin from here!!! ... lol just kidding. but it been along time since I hoisted that much in a curl. 90 seems to be a good spot for me right now. just the right amount of pain vs the amount of pump. :twak:

Thanks guys. I think my nerve damage makes it easier to go heavy...lol Can't feel the pain! I feel it more in the lower back and core while doing them as I tighten up my core so tight to maintain form. Probably the only exercise where I lock my knees also.

Chest yesterday after a longish break so I went relatively lite and quick to burn off all that crap accumulated over the past several days.

185 x 8 - delivery truck arrived with our new tv!
Was worth stopping here. We just went from a 32" 720p to a 60" 1080p smart tv. More for the wife than me as I never have time to watch. Still nice to see the smile on her face though...lol
