The DB weights on the seated shoulder press are very impressive! Shoulders are forming boulders on them!
Starting to get my lifting back to a normal routine, I hope anyway.
Shoulder workout today albeit at home and not the gym.
Seated DB shoulder press
50 x 15

60 x 10

70 x 10
70 x 10
80 x 10
80 x 10
Really wish I had some 90's and 100's at home...
Use some wrist / ankle weights for another 5-10 lbs maybe?

Again, super jealous that you can just go out back and throw weights. I'd love to just up and press.
That'd be tough for me after a long rest. I haven't tried to DB press in a while, but that weight imo is difficult to press let alone stabilize.
That weight is hard to get up into position
Yeah, with the 80's I bounce the weight up with my knees. That is difficult at times. Half bounce half hammer curl. Need a bench that has supports for DB's...lol
