IMO NAC should be your on cycle support run at 1200mgs/day. UDCA (I dont use TUDCA, I use UDCA) Should be on hand should your liver enzymes become elevated and out of range in spite of your NAC prevention measures. Running both IS overkill and would likely, believe it or not, reduce the effectiveness of what you are taking. As crazy as it sounds you do not want you liver to metabolize things TOO efficiently or it can become counter productive. You want your enzymes in range, not to low either. UDCA is more of a treatment for elevated liver enzymes, NAC is a prevention.
Best of Luck.
Incorrect on every count, not sure where you read this bs man. NAC doesn't improve liver metabolic rate (a function of CYP induction) and neither does TUDCA/UDCA. One reduces oxidative stress (liver cell death) and the other prevents bile acid buildup. Absolutely NOTHING to do with metabolism of compounds. And there is NOTHING wrong with having enzymes "too low," which only indicates that cells aren't dying. In medicine, both NAC and UDCA are used for treatment only, not prevention. But if knowingly taking toxic compounds, prevention is ALWAYS more prudent than treating after the fact. Finally, taking both isn't overkill since they act completely differently. Please educate yourself before spreading misinformation to the board.
I can vouch for OL TUDCA btw based on labwork with that being the only change. And I can vouch for CEL as well having been affiliated in the past and having seen the QC measures that go into their products
How much Nac is needed to make any significant difference in AST/ALT levels?
Acutely, aka you just took a massive dose of liver damaging stuff, a LOT. Like 80 grams.
Prevention for mild toxic insult is a gram or two a day.
That's funny considering the owner of Omega Sports has vouched for our product in the past. It's also more funny, that a respected member like cooper has used our TUDCA multiple times and vouched for it's quality as well.
Direct from the owner of Omega:

If you think UDCA's effect on choleostasis is not going to improve its metabolism of ingested sunstamces (btw I am well aware of the cyp enzyme function in this process) you are sadly mistaken. Dont talk down to me, I probably have forgotten more than you will ever know.
NAC for prevention , UDCA for treatment. It works. Both together is unnecessary and yes to a degree (albeit a small one) can be counterproductive.
You can sell **** and talk **** as far as I can tell, I KNOW **** and share what I know.

TUDCA is TUDCA where ever I can get it cheaper per gram I will buy.
I made this thread for help now it's just turned into a fight on which company can advertise out their product the best.
Ebay does sell reputable companys
The owner of Omega also owns the company that manufactures your product..of course he will vouch for you
