Yeah but she's not here yet, when she gets here I'll be too busy getting hugs and cooking her favorites right now I'm scrubbing floors and cleaning the bathroom. I tested my shoulder yesterday...a tad too much... think I may be back to square 1 or worse :1zhelp:

You are correct, I give great advice as far as following it ...meh!... not so much. This year I resolved to take more weeks off, I think this will be the first one lol. Ursobolic 3 x 3

Breakfast:


4 Whole eggs scrambled
8 ozV-8
1 cup whole milk
10 cups coffee 3/4 cup half and half

Mid Morning:

50 Grams Whey Protein
43 grams peanuts


Afternoon:
50 grams whey protein
43 grams peanuts

Post Work out:
50 grams whey

Dinner:
200 grams grilled salmon
150 grams Greek Beans with olive oil
1 cup broccoli


Snack:
1/2 cup Natty Peanut Butter
40 grams Dark Chocolate

Pre Bed:
1 cup fiber one and 1 cup whole milk


Observations: Today is day of of operation week off. Getting ready for my daughter's visit, I cannot wait its been so long, Wednessday and she will be here. Woot Woot!! I have not been sleeping well lately too much on my mind. A personal quandary that has finally been put to rest. I am glad I've finally decided what I decided now fingers crossed that it was the right decision. I have been irritable at work, but why not my job is stressful and jerks abound there. If it were the good old days and I could catch them after work they'd find out that the Truth sometimes hurts :chairshot: Anyway working out is my stress relief, that and talking to my bro's on here. Mattrag, thanks for sharing your story on your thread. It was inspirational. Its strange but when I talk to you guys on here that's exactly what it feels like. Like a conversation.

I looked in the mirroe an little while ago and I am still looking tight. Usually after the summer I let myself go a bit. My eating followed that pattern but my body still feels pool ready. Again, loving the urso. Lets see after week of cheescake biscuits and potatoes lol

I know I would stress about not hitting the gym, but when I took a week off when my mom came to visit before it was really easy because... well my mom came to visit and I wasn't gonna say "i'm going to the gym... can you guys wait ?". I'm sure you won't stress, but i'm just saying don't let it get the best of you. REST, ENJOY, RELAX. And most importantly... E A T.

Hey Truth, are you Cypriott ? I like trahana with Haloumi Cheese in it. Funny story when I was in the army I snuck into the kitchen looking for food. They only had balls of haloumi and fearing they would notice a chunk missing out of one I ate the whole lot. Would have been 400g. During that afternoon the heat of the sun got to me through my helmet and I hurled so bad. Thanks for your logs I am going to try and adjust my proportions similar to yours but I am only 70kg. Keep at it.
 
A weekend of heavy drinking didn't effect me much at least ;) :)
Good to know, Hope the interviewwent well.......or is that the reason for heavy drinking? Celibatory?? I hope so. I am not going to go completely nuts but I am not going to deny myself either ;)

Yiasou!No I am a born and bread corn bread fed North Carolinian. My GF is a beautiful Greek Goddess however. I have always been culinarily adventurous. There are lots of Greeks in the area and they pretty much have the family restaurant business tied up so I was familiar with souvlaki and the the local Greek fest had me familiar with Mousaka and Pastitsio.When I started seeing her I became interested in all things Greek. I like to cook so I expressed that interest in food. I love Greek food I like Feta or manouri chees in my trahana, trahana reminds me of grits lol

Currently the company I work for does remote monitoring for fueling centers, we just picked up some accounts in Cypress and the first time I had to call a site the attendant was surprised and pleased when I gave him a hearty "Yiasou" and "Tikanis"

The Iron must be addictive, Having withdrawals lol. I am making good use of my time out of the gym getting the place ready for my daughter and her boyfriend. Just have the bathroom to do. Wish I was rich, I'd hire a maid lol. Getting ready to marinate chicken for souvlaki, soak some beans for Plaki, boil a corned beef brisket and start on my cheesecake. The Truth is busy. Looked in the mirror objectively. Haven't lost anything on my injured side, that's good, its been a little over a week and no apparent atrophy. Fingers crossed, Ursobolic can keep me from losing my muscle and keep me slim through my food fest this week. I was called the posterboy for Ursobolic in another thread today.....too funny :) So far its living up to the studies, there are worse things I could be Posterboy for ....

oh no....clean eating is strictly verboten this week its high carb high fat and high sugar all week lol I will post every night....hey its what I do. I am going to have a hard time giving up this log, may stretch it to 12 weeks depending upon my injury.

She is a beautiful young woman and yes I've scared more than one guy I caught staring at here in a lewd manner. I'm very good natured and slow to rile, but f' with my girl and you'll feel the fury of the Truth. No lol that ****'s serious as hell. I love that girl more than life. The Truth can be a scary thing. I am not all that huge but thanks for saying so. When my ire is raised all the veins stand out in my head and I turn near purple not a pretty site. My daughter calls it the daddy look I've been told its frightening, lol I don't know. Cheese cake in the oven prolly consumed 800 cal's just licking the bowl, made sure I left plenty in there probably consumed an entire cup:head:

I usually use ************.com but they don't have all the stuff I need, nutraplanet actually has the stuff in stock but it's around 200$ for two months worth of stuff..

By the way dr.d posted some research on his forum about ursobolic acid. He agrees we should be taking it. I'm just waiting to place my order... Waiting one more day to assure I hit the next billing cycle on my cc... Lol.

Ah awesome. I've ordered from a couple other sites. What I usually do is make my order for all the sites and compare the carts and the shipping. See what the best price is, then buy from that one.

Observations: Looked lean this morning, took a good long look as I am afraid that will all go away. Have the requests for food from my daughter for tomorrow and they are all my favorites. Corned Beef hash, Home made biscuits with raspberry jam and ham rolls and cheese sauce all fattening fair. Hope the ursobolic can keep the fat at bay as promised food porn pics follow Enjoy!!

The corned beef hash and the biscuits are home made and my biscuits have to be glued to the plate so they don't float off it lol

And thats three eggs over easy on that plate I'm master of the pan flip. No spatula required. The only thing I like better than workingout(Personal time with my Woman not withstanding) Is cooking, from grits to Sushi I do it all. My daughter is appreciative and the only time I make my decadent stuff is either when she or my girlfriend is in town, and my girlfriend is more fitness minded than me, so she fights me on it my daughter just does the Homer Simpson noise and face and enjoys it lol

WTF on the second! DAMN!! that is rough... It's time like those where if I didn't have weight lifting I would have gone into deep depression and ate until I was ready to die... I love my food... Get that urso, hit the gym, get freakin ripped and make her jealous. That's what I always thought of when things were going back in my relationship.

Anyway, good luck on that and I guess.. congrats on getting to try a new supp!! Always makes me happy when I open a new supp box to find amazing stuff.

Fukcing skanks! Ya for sure the gym def keeps me sane! I'm having a hard time eating so the muscle sparing affects of urso are def what most stands out. I'm buying some tomo rush delivery!

Still very new. No ones knows for sure. But he says it helps with HDL levels, and triglycerides. So his first post commented on how anyone running some form of PH, or AAS should be using this.

Does it help metabolize fat? I'm assuming it is helpful if one practices a high fat/protein diet with low carbs, like myself

What it might be acting on is the body's ability to keep the blood stream "clean" and "healthy" making it a better environment to burn fat. The diet would be on a case by case basis I would assume. But the over all anti inflammatory, anti aromatase abilities of it should keep the storing or making of fat down. Just because the body is running better. I would not know though if also by running "better" the fat/muscle ratio decided by the body is genetic, or not and how those factors determine how the usrobolic acid will affect you.

I'm definitely noticing less of that swollen fat cell feeling, primarily in my stomach.. I feel like
Fat cells r shrinking. But I've actually notched a decline in muscle fullness/vascularity :/ it may be from over training, idk.. I've heard the ai affects r very minimal... Like negligible .. I plan on using urso with erase and anabeta starting in december .. Although now I'm starting to question the urso.. I can't decide if it's worth thre extra 40$

There is not a lot that can screw up a man's head as much as finding out his girl is cheating on him. I have unfortunately had to deal with that on more than one occasion. Its hell on your self esteem. My advice to you is move on and change your number.

Don't be hatin' on me because my pecs grow easy. My calves....wil never be cows lol
