Awesome workout man! By end of this your results should definitely be visible. Have you noticed any increase in vascularity? I know a few other loggers noticed increase in vascularity when logging true shred.

I’m probably the least vascular person unfortunately. It takes me to get down to a lower body fat percentage to see vascularity. Now that by body fat has dropped I’m starting to get veins from my upper chest into my traps. This is visible intra workout. I really am impressed with the product so far. Im curious to see what the next 4 weeks bring. Im doing arms tomorrow so I’ll take a better look for vascularity.

Solid workout today ive been pushing harder on my cardio portion of the workouts and feel like theres a lack of volume for my core. Thats going to change this week, im going to up my core exercises. This week has been tough mentally and physically with the drop in carbohydrates. Hopefully my body will adapt and look to other places for energy (FAT). Im feeling weak for the remainder of the day. Tomorrow is LEGS so that should be a good test. My legs are still sore from my leg workout over the weekend lol. Feel free to comment or make suggestions im always open to constructive criticism. TOMORROW IS WEIGH IN DAY.

So this is the weekly update. Lots of changes going on this last week. My strength while in the gym has been amazing considering my diet. My workouts have been high intensity and ive been pushing the limits on every lift.

Strength- My strength has gone up considerably from the beginning of this log. Ive been going up on every lift, every week. Remind you guys that my calorie intake is pretty low and still gaining strength.

Stamina- Ehhhh. My stamina while working out has been pretty good, but.... At the conclusion of my workouts ive been in a fog. Im going to sum that up to the lack of carbohydrates.

Libdo- My libido has started to pick up over the last week and I have a strong Alpha feeling while I got that energy in the gym.

Overall Body- Im down 17lbs so im truly seeing results in the mirror, My muscle hardness and density is also improving. I have a lack of vascularity which sucks, but it will be interesting to see what I look like at the conclusion of this.

Stay tuned......

Nice to switch it up a little bit. I was looking to really get my heart rate elevated this morning. My goal for this week is to get myself under 190 lbs. Im hovering around 191 right now. Everything is going to remain the same as far as diet goes higher protein and low as I can go with carbs keeping my fats up high. Im down in total since I started my diet which was two weeks before I started TRUE SHRED about 17 LBS which is hard to believe. I still have ways to go and im holding a good amount of fat in my lower back which pisses me off. Im really enjoying TRUE SHRED and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to do exactly what the product says it will do. STAY TUNED

I'm a week in on this stuff, not sure what it is yet but my muscles feel way harder. Almost like Anavar hard, must be the Armistane drying me out. So far, so good.

What’s up brother, just wait till you start right around week 3. My weight is hanging around 190-191 right now. But I’m feeling a lot leaner and getting good density in my muscle. Also remember my diet is extremely low carb for past 2 weeks so I lost a little bit of that muscle fullness. Still enjoying the run tremendously. Keep me posted on results during the run.

Workout was really good today, worked in some good volume for arms which I haven't done in a while. I cant explain the effects im feeling from TRUE SHRED. Im into my 7th week on the run and im visually leaner, im physically stronger, and most of all I feel like muscle density has improved. Ive added in some carbohydrates pre and post workout and its amazing how much fuller I look. I have nothing but good things to say about TRUE SHRED looking forward to finishing up strong. I will be posting up a BASELINE comparison from week 1 until the last day. My weight on my last weigh in was 191.4 LBS im technically down around 17 lbs total from the start.

Solid workout today pushed hard throughout everything. So if you have not read but im going to take a few weeks off from any supplements. Im going to stop preworkout, whey protein, and obviously TRUE SHRED at the conclusion of my 8 weeks. Im going to focus on using black coffee and food as my main sources of protein and energy. Im looking to do this for about 4 weeks to let me my body have a break. My next run is going to be FOLIDRONE 2.0 and VECTOR on a clean and lean bulk, I feel like ive sustained what I wanted and this will set me up for my future run. Im going to be following the RIPPTOE Workout. Hope everyone follows along on that journey it was huge motivator having you guys. Im going to post up a final review next week and also a baseline comparison to show the progress that I made.

I think I'm 2.5 weeks in-- maybe week 3, not sure. BUT, looking leaner and muscles are harder. Not noticing any direct workout effects, but I'm running this compound after PCT. Normally I start to look a little soft at this point, but still looking hard, not sure if I can 100% contribute it to True Shred-- but I'd like to think it may be helping. Cheers.

I’m into week 8 and can see and feel the effects of TRUE SHRED in its fullest form. I would say the last 4 weeks have been the most intense. Especially since I began to incorporate carbohydrates back into my diet.

Apology

Hey guys everyone that was following my log knows I was dealing with my wife battling cancer. We went through a real rough patch, but the end result is she is cancer free. I no longer could keep the log going, but if you followed along you saw the great results I was getting with the run. I really enjoyed it. I have not taken anything since the completion of the run. Ive definitely added some quality muscle and some fat. Starting Monday i begin my training for a big surf trip out to Costa Rica towards the end of April. Looking to add some lean mass while slowly cutting down body fat. Similar to my last run but more focus on the lean gains. Going to be running Vector, Folidrone 2.0, and a non stim fat burner. Thanks for the support along the way and I hope you guys follow the next run.

That is great she is cancer free! Glad you're back! FD2.0 and Vector run will be a nice BLR combo for sure! There's a few people logging just Vector right now so you'll have to follow along to those.
