EDIT: I put the wrong one in on the third one...

Ahhhhh, I can still feel the floor crushing my leg... gives me a warm and tingly feeling.

Damn Matt what happened? I guess I missed something. The brusining brings back bad memeories of when I tore ligaments in my ankle from playing basketball. It swelled up like a softball, numb kinda just dangling there, 3 different colors good stuff:aargh:

It appears someone is picked out from time to time for "bashing". A few weeks ago, it appeared to be RisingAgainst. Now, gixxer has some cross to carry. :)

Why is this? Because our sponsors pay to advertise here. We provide them with THAT level of service and exposure. It is not just a simple banner on this site or a link to their store for members to use. It is World Wide Web advertisement.

What does this mean? Well it means that everyone and anyone of all demographics (meaning; children, moms, grandmas and grandpas, doctors, lawyers, teachers, crossing gaurds, school lunch room assistant, Sunday school teachers...OUR children, wives, and moms and dads...as well as LE) are drawn to this site.

So what? Well our customer (paying board sponsors) may find that this is not the sort of image that they want to see associated with their names, products or advertisement dollars. It may actually persuade a potential customer from spending their money at their sites because of their own moral, ethical, decency, religious (or otherwise) standard or convictions.

So we as a staff are not judging you, you taste, your moral, your ethics, your freedom of expression or any other right you feel you have as a member or this board, paying board member or not. B5150 - as always - great points. I would like to argue one point though. When you 'google' for a supplement, LOGS that we do are the first to spring up. Given it is ideal for a Sponsor to have their name attached, but It's us that drives this world. Erase us, and the supplement world will feel a huge impact on sales, etc...


But nonetheless, I see your points and will obey by the standards.

I am the 'us'. I am a member of this community. I as a member of 'us' would hope that 'us' as a community would raise the level that we/us present as a representation of us/we...you AND me, to that supplement world, industry, cyber community.

The us that offend or cross the line are a tiny minority and will have no influence on the numbers. Surely you cannot believe that any 10 members of this board (really...it is the same few that offend over and over again) has any significance when there are 900-1100 members and/or visitors on this site on some given day posting and or reading and 1000's of hits daily. I'll say this politely as possible; the "we're doing AM, the sponsors and the industry a favor" mentality is really misquided. I promise you that this board, the sposnors and the industry will go on just fine without you or me.

I was and am a member first just like everyone else. I logged for DS's beta-superdrol, I pimped CNW, Nutra and all the rest of our fine sponsors and retailers by logging and journaling just like everyone else. None the less, I, like you was a registered member, a paying, donating Gold Member all before I became a Mod. Then after some time I became an Admin.

I guess it comes down to which US you want to be. Do you want to announce, pledge allegiance and behave like the 'rebelling against the staff, pushing the fringes, rebel bunch - us' or do you want to announce and display that you are a member of the US that upholds a higher standard in their contribution, influence and impact on their board community and the industry as a whole?

As far as your Avatar goes...do you really not see the difference between a sexy woman tastefully depicted in her underware and a shot of a woman's taint and bung hole covered by a piece of cloth?
