I had to explain to someone last month the difference between creatine and steroids. It was a good time. I was drunk.
 
Its durty bulking time trip!:burger: to hell with being so lean if the cost is slow muscle gain, you can always lean out real good later. What exactly are you eating protein amount wise? What kind of ratio are you using?

id say 60%protein, 25%carbs,15% fat i like being lean to much to just wanna get big and bloated.
 
How many cals are you taking in... I'm up to 4000-5000 a day w/ atleast 400+ grams of protein and have to force everything down half the time. Just Started taking 200mcg a day of GHRP-6, first day I tryed it I pinned 500mcg and gave me an insilin like flush followed by intense hunger. Think this stuff will help alot with keeping cals high.

oh yea dude iv'e used a ton of that stuff...hunger is a def on that stuff!..i mixed it with cjc,and hex though...

total calories are prolly around 4500-5000

i got the flush from cjc-1295 but never from ghrp-6

yea i will NEVER be fat!!! EVER!!! im just one of those people.Im just like my dad he's looks Amazing for his age.So i got awsome genetics too :)

lots of ground turkey,and lean beef,Chicken breast,total(cereal),deli meats,peanut butter crackers,granola bars,whey shakes,unsalted peanuts,wheat thins(reduced fat),lots of skim milk......that seems to be the selection of late.

funny, looks a lot like my diet. except i eat a ton of eggs. no total cereal but i do eat that weight watchers flakes and fiber cereal (doesn't taste so good but the nutrient profile is sweet). i eat WAY to many unsalted peanuts though.

i put a half scoup of whey in my cereal so it actually tastes good..I love the nutrient profile of total,plus whey = breakfast of champions!!!!!!
 
I use to eat that whey cereal all the time....for some reason I stopped but dont remember why. Oats and eggs are my yum yum now.

I sometimes get the "look at that freak" stare at the grocery store when I got a shopping cart full of eggs. I'm guessing I eat on average about 2 whole eggs and 12-14 x large egg whites each day. But I'm not lean like trip either. :whiner:

You don't need the clen (especially how lean you are, and the fact you want to gain).. drop the clen Trip... especially when on cycle. Your heart is a muscle, and it is getting overworked when using clen... Left Ventricle hypertrophy isn't really a good thing.

hmmmm, you make a good point.I was using it more for the stim properties than anything. Most days i only take around 30mcg anyway. So would that hint that cardio in gereral while on cycle is bad, sence your heart is working at a harder rate? I was under the impression that cardio during cycle helps prevent ventrical hypertrophy, and helps with cholesterol.
 
animal studies using large doses (mg size when we use only mcg size) showed enlargement of heart ventricles.

however animals have a higher number of beta-2 receptors so these results are not necessarily indicative of human use.

so it probably isn't a huge concern at the dose you are using. but clen is a harsh compound and taking some time off completely is probably a good idea. especially during cycle when anabolic steroids can possibly encourage heart enlargement and goal is to gain weight anyway.

seems like you keep a very clean diet. i doubt you will add much fat by cycling off clen. and you will probably gain more muscle without it.

if the stim effect is what you want, maybe swap it out for some old fashioned caffeine. then restart the clen during post cycle therapy.

just a thought.

Yeah, that's an interesting question. I would like to know also, because I thought cardio on cycle was a good thing.
 
cardio only raises your heart rate while you are doing it, then the heart relaxes again... clen keeps it high for hours.
