Trauma, glad yer back. Any notable increase in muscle density? Mood elevation? Vascularity? Changes in BP? Appetite?

I'm going to be posting vital signs with the rest of my updates. My blood pressure has been running baseline for me at this point (110-120/70-75).

Muscle density is definitely becoming more prominent by the day. My appetite has been fairly good as well up to now.

I can't really say I've noted much in terms of mood elevation, or that feeling of "well being" that I get with Madol (Phera Plex). No real lethargy either. It's still too early to say anything for certain, though.

What's all the hubbub, bub.

trauma what do you think about a 6 wk phera (madrol) run? Is that to long or if I have a solid ptc should be a great cycle?

I think it is probably dose dependent. I sure as heck wouldn't be getting crazy with my dosing if I was planning on running it that long.

I wouldn't anymore than 5 max; and even then I recommend only with experienced users. ALWAYS start on the low end, and then adjust as necessary along the way. In most instances, more most certainly DOES NOT equal better.

Quick Update:

I just wanted to stop in an relay some thoughts. The strength gains are now evident. I wouldn't equate them to superdrol, but they are still impressive. My muscles feel pumped all day long at this point. No lethargy to note.

The only real side effect has been some acne on my back. My "boys" still look good, and I'm not feeling like shutdown is imminent yet. My hair has been unchanged as well. The aggression seems to have tapered off a bit for the time being, but I still note minor flares at times. I'm still using this at 30mg/day right now. I'm not sure I'll adjust, but we'll see. My appetite has been good, and my weight continues to hold at a 4-5lb gains right now. The diuretic effects persist with this stuff. I definitely look more vascular right now.

I'll have another full update either tomorrow night, or this weekend. :)

MMM...this stuff is sounding legit. Your perking my interest John...strength and steady gains and no major sides is the key. Acne is to be expected...that is easy to deal with. So in other words...I like what I am hearing. Keep up the great work my good friend!

Cheers Brutha Man!

Great news! This supplement is certainly interesting :)

A bit of bad news guys. I've been hit with a pretty harsh "Flu-like" illness. This is one of the unfortunate realities of working in such a busy ER during Flu season. I'll see how my recovery goes, but right now I'm out for the count. I'll update again soon.

l have not read for a while what dosages are you on now and what is the highest dose per day you have. Do you have more dosage on big leg days?

Hope you get better John, we have a bunch of Swine flu patients coming through and I battled through it for a good week and a half. Working in the ER sucks. Where I work, we work both inpatient and ER discharge pharmacy

Get well soon.

Just think about how bad you all stomped us in the football game yesterday. That should help. :cussing:

You guys in the ER are the unsung heroes, my hats off to you guys!! I don't know how you guys don't stay sick all the time.

Get well soon. Are you certain it's the flu and maybe not a side effect? I remember back in the day, some guys had what they dubbed "M1-T Flu", which was basically lethargy and feeling under the weather as a side effect of the compound. Not saying that's what this is, but something to rule out.

I've been an emergency room nurse for 10 years. I'm 100% positive this is a flu (viral based) illness. Everyone and their mother has been piling into the ER over the last 2 weeks with flu-like symptoms. The H1N1 pandemic is upon us, and only going to get worse. I received my regular flu shot last week. The H1N1 vaccine is scheduled to be given next week; the funny thing is, I don't need it anymore, because I've now already had it, and built my own active immunity.

Alterations in hormone levels can cause a degree of suppression to immunocompetency. Then again, stress in general will cause increased levels of serum cortisol release; which will also suppress immune function. If these damn people would just stay home and rest we could control this epidemic/pandemic to some degree. Unfortunately, many people refuse to understand that antibiotics DO NOT WORK AGAINST A VIRAL COMPONENT OF PATHOGENIC EFFECT!!!.

On a good note, I'm feeling better today. Still residual weakenss, cough, and congestion; however, my fever is gone without antipyretic intervention. :)

Good to hear. I just remembered that symptom being around a few yrs. back.

The cause of those type of issues on-cycle could be many fold; ranging from an opportunistic (viral/bacterial) infection secondary hormonal factors of immune suppression, or hepatic/biliary stress factors. Many of the symptoms that guys complain about (i.e., lethargy, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal pain (right upper quadrant), vertigo or dizziness) are very much related to the degree of hepatic/biliary stress being induced.

Good info w/ those details. I always heard there was a general toxic lethargy, so that helps clarify.

quit the sniveling and run this biatch..........

just kidding man.....

I hope you feel better and can give us some needed feedback on this cyno.

Hope you get well soon :)

Funny you mention this:

I work in a lab and we have tons of these antibacterial wipes everywhere. At least once a day, someone mentions they have to grab one to keep the flu away and I always remind them that there is a huge difference between a virus and a bacteria. The blank stares on there faces makes my day as they sit there mind-****ed.
