Trauma1 and Poopypants team up for a PP/1-T and Epi/1-T log!

Took me two days to catch up. Phew! Sick stuff guys, and easily the most exciting cycle log I've read in a while. Subbed for sure.

Now, the big boys go and play with several toys at once... But were you to stick with just 1-T alone, would you feel comfortable with the Invalid Link Removed (Sustain Alpha, Toco-8, EndoAmp) for less than 6 week cycles? Some on their forum members are adding in an additional test booster, but there is not much PCT results to review yet regarding the recommended PPerf-only post cycle treatment. Poopy, I understand your opinion on SERMs and their ability jumpstart recovery and help keep gains, but I'd still like to pose this question directly regarding 1-T solo.

Understand the question is not intended to spark up a SERM vs OTC post cycle debate... But rather specific to your current level of understanding of 1-T and expectations regarding shutdown/recovery. I've been reading for many months straight and am starting to realize this question is a can of worms... but will venture to ask it anyways knowing both Trauma and Poopy are founts of knowledge (not to mention those following this log!).
 
I really cant honestly answer that till I see what this can do and how I feel shutdown wise.

BUT I think it will either require a SERM or it wont. none of this adding ANOTHER test booster business as PP's products are all essentially test boosters and from the reviews and ingredient profiles, very effective ones.

Again either that will be a substantial PCT (MAYBE an AI added if anything) or it will need a SERM to base the PCT on.
 
hey trauma, think you could just cut and crop a shot from the avy. you know what i'm talkin about! that way you could change it without really changing it. just thought i would add that in there.

Welcome to the log, brother. I did receive the protein balls. I must say, I LOVE THEM. They truly are a life saver with me getting in protein for this cycle while working in a very busy E.R.

Your product is FANTASTIC, J! I think you've also improved to upon the taste overall too right? It really seems like you've perfected it now!

Get after it.. I find it hard to cut carbs when on a hard lo-carb diet. I find that if I can just go 2 to 3 days @ a low dose and then slamm the carbs in the next day I feel huge as hell! plus it helps with the storing of your carbs/energy!

I dont get fancy fedEX tracking just USPS so no predicted delivery date... it says it was last updated as departed from Springfield, OR and Im just down in cali so its not all that far... my guess is 3 days or so.... so fri or sat hopefully.

The comment regarding posters adding an additional test booster with the PPerf PCT stack was an attempt to summarize what's being talked about on the PP forums, and to help illustrate why I felt I should ask you guys about this... rather than to imply additional test boosters have any place with Sustain Alpha. Didn't mean to muddle the question. And I apologize if it sounded like I expected you to be able to answer it definitively especially before even having used it.

There really isn't anything I've read that would exclude solo 1-T from requiring traditional PCT, but was fishing for an opinion regarding the PPerf recommended treatment. It's tough for a first-cycler to decide because until I jump in and figure out if I'm prone to long-term sides the hard way (gyno, etc), I can't know for sure. I'd most likely play it safe and not really risk the OTC post cycle (however, he also considers Invalid Link Removed as well, but it seems to me the severe effects occur when mega/overdosed...). With this in mind I understand the answer "yes it may or may not require a SERM", and I'd not expect you to know for sure until you experience how your own body will react. Thanks for the reality check!

Oh, and regarding the ATJ Protein Recovery Balls. They are indeed AMAZING. I have one heck of a sweet tooth and they allowed me to go several weeks without my weekly cheat Ice Cream Run. The 40 boxes just go so fast (8 full servings), my next will definitely be the big 100.

Sorry sok, i missed your post back there.

I agree with poopy though. It's impossible to tell at this time what would make a solid PCT for 1-T solo. I can say that 8 days into PP, and my boys are as big as they were in the beginning.

Primordial makes some fantastic products, and i really like their drive, and well formulated products/delivery mechanism.

Once i get the 1-T going, i can give you a better idea of what i think overall. It should be interesting comparing poops and my thoughts on it as well, even though we have a slightly different protocol.

well technically we HAVE been logging it!!! Im starting week 3 now of Epi and John is almost through week 2 of PP, this is how it was planned. DHEA TD and Dermacrine to start then sub in the 1-T when it was shipped!

In fact I forgot to post last nights workout and am abou tot go out the door now for back and bis so Ill be updating as soon as I get back!

I'll update here in a few, but i wanted to add that in my recent nutraplanet order i picked up Primordial's Toco-8 product to mitigate potential hairloss while on this cycle.

I should also have some Virile Mane (If needed), and Java Lustre shampoo shortly to add in as well if needed.

I'm not completely prone to my knowledge, however there is a fairly good family history on my moms side of the family. So far, i've been very lucky. :)

I'm going to have to do a double update tomorrow everyone. I'm just freakin' exhausted right now.

I will say that unfortunately the muscle pumps have begun to kick in. I have a plan to expedite their mitigation, so i'll bring you all up to date tomorrow.

ok Im crazy tired and just spent the last hour getting ish together for a financial evaluator tomorrow so I will get the workouts for the last 2 days tomorrow.

Real quick note, felt hella strong today, lookin pumped as hell and had a chick that came up and laid her mat right next to me do it again then in the middle of one of my sets she gets up to go get a ball and makes sure to ask me mid set if it was ok that she left her mat there and its not in my way or nothing.... i was sitting down in the same seat doing curls I was when she was just working on that mat:think:

thing is she has a HUGE rock on her finger... but shes still totally trying to start convo... ah well. maybe im reading too much into it, but this is two weeks in a row now. Sad thing is Ive been outta it so long and even though my marrige is now officially over minus the papers signed I find it hard even thinkin bout talkin to girls.... again oh well.

Keep in miind that part of the risk of SERMs is the dosage commonly used by bodybuilders in the attempt to force HTPA kickstart. if you use a serm for what its meant for - avoiding estrogen binding in chest tissue - and at a reasonable dosage like 10mg/day for nolva, the risk issues are much smaller. interestingly too I posted an article in the PCT area which nobody commented on about nolva, which maybe explains superdrol rebound gyno...

I know that I may be the most insane and unorthodox cycler on the board, but I have a humble opinion on this one. I think a solo run of 1-T could be followed up with an OTC PCT protocol. I really don't see any of PP's products really requiring a SERM for PCT. I wouldn't imagine shutdown or suppression to be that dramatic or harsh from their products. I mean, 1-T is not exactly anadrol!! But since Poopy is using Epi and Trauma is using Phera, they need to use a SERM as well. But for a 1-T solo, I would think a basic Resveratrol/Icariin/Quercetin natty SERM would be sufficient. The best way to know, would be 2 individuals running a 1-T solo run, and 1 guy using an OTC PCT, while the second guy uses a SERM also. Then evaluate their responses. That would be interesting to see. But I'm very sure that Poopy and Trauma will use a SERM considering what they're running. I would.

Even then Easy the doses and duration in which they are used for PCT are QUITE conservative.

Most people need to realize the bad press on SERMS come from medical studies done on them regarding breast cancer, where typically the doses are even higher and used for MONTHS on end. And even then the effects of this dosing doesnt make a negative impact for months either. The 4 little weeks and ramping down type dosing we use is NOTHING compared to the clinical use of these compounds.

If anything you get significant health BENEFITS from running a SERM given what it can do for an out of whack cholesterol/lipid profile set out of sorts from running all these steroidal compounds.

btw your OTC AI that people resort to instead? ya that can actually jack your lipids up even more. Tell me whats really the smart choice to use????

lol ya my skill surmounted to letting her know no problem with the mat while continuing straight through the set I was in then once I was finished and picked up told her to have a good night in the middle of her set as I walked past which made her jerk her head sideways and try to grunt out a good bye as she was curling....

guess I gotta break out the looking glass and try to see if there is a second band on there or not.

Not to mention I know a couple girls who will sport fake rings to places like the gym just so that they DONT have guys hittin on them.... but Im not the instigator her, soooooooo..... lol




in all honesty Im not looking to make anything of it. the last thing I need to do is hot off the presses pick up some lil number and make my ex all jealous... right now we are fairly civil in matters of what we are doing with our son and shes still offering to help me out where she can as she is now working and I did ALL the supporting while together and even JUST finished putting her through school (thus her having a job and I dont). last thing I need is the wrath of an angry woman starting a custody battle and trying to put my ass in the hole even more...... I give it 6 months to a year before I go on the prowl.

I've known chicks that do this as well. That's SO ridiculus. Freakin' get over yourself, you know? Sheesh. It's like saying, "I'm very attractive. I know it. You know it. You WILL hit on me if I don't do something to stop you." There is something so seriously wrong with those women. They deserve a slap of reality.
