Trauma1 and Poopypants team up for a PP/1-T and Epi/1-T log!

ok fellas.... missed last nights workout... had to watch the mini me while mom had a night off but Im gonna make up for it tonight and am off to destroy the chest!!!!
 
alright... still 200lbs.

Also tonights workout went from bad->odd->good->now Im in pain, lol.

I will update with full details tomorrow but for now Im tired and need to get in the shuteye.

Daily Narrative


So, today begins the awesome journey. I woke up this morning ready to conquer the day!! I felt great right from the get-go. I took my Methoxy-TST about 2 hours before my scheduled workout. I always recommend this as a minimum time frame before lifting. Now the last time i used Methoxy-TST was a few years ago with a halodrol cycle. I loved it then, and MAN I LOVE IT NOW. I know that not everyone responds well to it, but i sure as hell do. I seriously felt like i could have lifted all day today. The pumps was also freaking INSANE! Great aggression and intensity in the gym. I know it was day one pulsing it, but this was more than a placebo effect, i can assure you all that.

Other than that, i've had a good day. My appetite has been way above baseline all day today. I've been craving carbs tonight pretty bad. It's amazing though, my pump has been unreal all day long. I have a feeling muscle pumps may quickly become an issue. I shall add in the poseidon and increase the dose of taurine over the coming days.

I'll get some measurements up tomorrow as well. Overall, it was a really fantastic first day! I really think this cycle is going to live up to its expectations. I can't wait to get the 1-T and add it into the mix.

Log Update, Day 11 and 12, Rest and Chest

Alright like I mentioned in my previous two posts had to skip the WO on thursday to let the mrs go out and made up for it yesterday hittin chest then instead.

Also as I mentioned my workout was kinda different....
tonights workout went from bad->odd->good->now Im in pain, lol.

It started out REALLY slow, wasnt feeling nearly as strong as last week and by my second set I was sweating profusely. Pretty damn ridiculous actually. Stuff didnt start to pick up until my third exercise and 7th set when I actually started to feel pumped up and once I got over to a cable machine and in the path of a fan it all of a sudden was a totally different workout. Odd thing was it wasnt even all that hot anywhere in the gym BUT it seemed as though I needed to cool myself down for my body to focus more on pushing the exercise and not expending so much energy while sweating. The cable exercises were great, I REALLY felt them in my whole chest, great connection there, and was able to just push and push.

As I mentioned I said the last thing in the line of progression was I was in pain, as I had almost immediate DOMS when I got home AND my shoulder was buggin on me from my last exercise, reverse grip DB press. Dunno if Ill be doing those again even though they feel great on the muscles, my joints dont agree.

All in all it was a great workout and Im still contemplating what it could have been that bogged me down at first and lit me on fire..... and I have a couple good ideas.


I think that I was more tired and not as strong at first as I had my preworkout meal 2.25 hours before lifting w/pslin where as normally I do it 1-1.25 hours before and I was actually a lil hungry feeling walking out the door as some have experienced Pslin can make short work of whatever food you give it.

So that was the strength section.

The feeling hot as hell portion is a lil more interesting and a lil disconcerting at the same time.

I found through searching a while back some folks reporting DHEA causing hyperthyroidism although it was fairly anecdotal to say the least.

SOO as I have increased the DHEA dose the last three days (decided to move it up from 50mg 2x -> 50mg 3x -> 300mg all together yesterday) I have noticed an increase in body temp throughout the day, sweating more easily around the house even though normally Id be cool (always a lil hot blooded though) and ALOT more sweating through the night despite turning the thermostat down to try and avoid this. THEN last nights workout just over did it for me. The second I got active I was DUMPING buckets of water even though I had taken in 5g poseidon pre and was sipping on 10g poseidon in 32 oz water that was almost gone by my third exercise. Not to mention zero weight gain this last week.... this just did it for me.

I decided to hit up a respected member of the community, datbtrue, who seems to have a great ability to pull up solid studies on all sorts of subjects, namely GH hormones and peptides, but Ive seen him throw out a couple on the interaction of GH with thyroid hormones as well and figured maybe he'd heard whether or not these anecdotal claims I read about could possibly be true regarding DHEA and its correlation to hyperthyroidism.

From your experience it sounds like it is true to me.

So although its not concrete in this exact study as they relate that high thyroid is causing high DHEA in this study it doesnt necessarily discredit the converse which may be that high DHEA can lead to high THYROID!

this did it for me though, seeing the two levels are elevated together is enough for me to realize that 300mg TD DHEA is WAAAAY to much for me to be taking, especially since I am genetically an Ecto and most likely alot more sensitive to thyroid activity.

I will drop back down to 50mg 2x ed and keep it there instead.

Tonights workout was absolutely pleasant especially in comparison to yesterdays!

Workout went GREAT had great pumps and great strength, felt alot stronger then last week although I didnt move up much of the numbers I will next week for sure to make up for the progress and continue challenging myself.

Veins were poppin out EVERYWHERE down my arms and just felt great through all my supersets, wasnt even winded a bit!

Plus I got home just in time to snag a live feed of the fight and get my grub on. Good night!!!

Im lovin supersetting these Arm lifts. Gives a HUGE arm pump both bis and tris at the same time and I can already feel a lil IOMS (instead of DOMS, lol). I might even bump up the volume as well next week if I can get to my gym more then an hour before closing as I finished feeling strong and still wanting more tonight.

Dosing was as planned but skipped preworkout Pslin dose and instead added in 1 cap of Xforce and double up post workout Pslin dose and still havin a great pump hours later cause of it.

Will be bumpin to 50mg tomorrow :woohoo: and hopefully will be seeing this 1-T any day now so I can get that started and into the mix, really anxious to see what it will offer over standard DHEA and Epistane alone... hope it will add some serious mass.

With that Im off to bed.... which will very soon be aided by the new Xdreams... mmmmm cant wait, I love my sleep so anything that can improve it is more then welcome.

I've been advocating Vitamin D for a long time. I take 2-3000 IU daily myself. I posted a hold bunch of studies in a thread way back.

Without a doubt it's one of the more important supplementations imo, especially in light of recent research supporting everything from immune function, cancer prevention, skin maintenance, and hormone regulation. :)
 
I received an email a lil while back from my dad as well with studies showing how crucial it is for growing children and their development....

Good thing my boy goes through a gallon of vit D like every 2-3 days and also we get him snacks and foods supplemented with DHA and EPA.... and I wonder why the kids big as a truck, LOL.

Not too much to report today. I was off again due to my work schedule, but i'll be killing it all week in the gym. I continue to feel fantastic, and feel very "pumped" throughout the day.

Good deal Trauma. I have never taken anything that put 6 lbs. on me in 6 days. Even Phera at high dose. Or D-Bol. That's a big gain there brosenstein. Bravo!! :clap2:

I ran Phera back when it first came out with a total gain of 9lbs (after PCT). But I wasn't eating enough during PCT due to being deployed. Yeeeeaahhhh, good times.

Libido: It's strange, for a while it's really elevated, then it goes away. It has been a little more consistent though.

Hair line: All still accounted for. No itching or shedding noted.

Strength: Not too much as of yet. I thought today i was going to have some great strength increases in the gym, but wasn't like i'd hoped for. I have a feeling week 2 is when they'll kick in.

Aggression: Definitely on the rise. I can tell i'm being more of a pr*ck than normal, with less tolerance for the small things i normally let fly on by.

Week 1 Summary



As week 1 comes to a close, i've been VERY impressed thusfar. I didn't expect to be where i'm at as far as progress, so this is a pleasant surprise.

My pumps have been very good all week, with no real muscle pump issues to note. I will say though today i can tell they are coming soon. I feel it in my forearms as i type this. I found my poseidon, and will be adding it into the mix.

As far as side effects go, none to report. Testes look to be of normal size. No serious acne issues. Hair remains intact. I have noted an increase in aggressive tendencies though.

I feel fantastic as well. I really respond very well to Phera-Plex. No issues with lethargy to report at this time. I really think the dermacrine has attenuated that issue to a large degree. The methoxy TST really is a great pre-workout supp. I may even continue to pulse it on training days when the 1-T arrives. I'll see though. Phera-plex remains at 40mg/day. I'll keep it here as long as the gains keep coming.

On a sad note, as of today, my SLIN is gone. I'd just like to say what a fantastic product it is. I've really enjoyed utilizing it while i had it. LG Sciences has put out a winner here for sure!

I'll continue to keep everything as is at this point. I hope you've all enjoyed the logs up to this point. The fun hasn't even begun yet! :twisted:

Ya I really love transdermals and the immediate pump some can give and whatnot, they are just FUN, Im hoping this converts generously to 1-T/1-AD too so I can get some more mass on!

Nobody says you have to let it go. DONT DO IT. I actually enjoy getting on AM and looking @ your avy. it helps with libido. and kills about 20min. of down time.
