WHEW!!!

Just went and tore my shoulders a new one! My tris are feelin pretty tight right now too as Im typing this and sippin on my post workout shake.

I decided to weigh myself tonight as well as I have been urinating an awkwardly large amount today.... like once every hour between 10 and 2 and then at least 2 or 3 times since then as well... not lil tiny tinkles either, normal volume.... I thought this was odd as I just started my pslin dosing on fri have been dosing it a lil through the weekend to build it up and also been dosing at least 8-10g of creatine monohydrate as well (usually 3g alongside 224mg of pslin with meals) and had a gatorade with some Taurine and a gram of BA in it today as well..... figured that would saturate me pretty well but it was going right through me, in fact I felt as though I was losing the fight to stay hydrated with all that going..... Any ways down to id I weighed in at 200.5 tonight instead of less! Very impressive in my eyes considering I was sure I was more depleted tonight of liquid then last thursd. but the scale dont lie!

Also got my Poseidon when I checked the mail today so added that intra workout and will continue dosing 3x ed.

was a real good workout and def felt it in both my delts and my tris. Im really liking this routine for shoulders with a slight tweak here and there but will likely try to remain with this set up and order to better track progress throughout the cycle, did the same workout last week minus the smith machine presses, but I likey those so they are in now.

Cant wait to get this Xtend and see what everyones been talking about, got the watermelon flavor which Ive heard is oh so tasty so I hope Im not disappointed and that it will help with intra set recovery and stamina along with my current concoction.

Daily Narrative


So, today begins the awesome journey. I woke up this morning ready to conquer the day!! I felt great right from the get-go. I took my Methoxy-TST about 2 hours before my scheduled workout. I always recommend this as a minimum time frame before lifting. Now the last time i used Methoxy-TST was a few years ago with a halodrol cycle. I loved it then, and MAN I LOVE IT NOW. I know that not everyone responds well to it, but i sure as hell do. I seriously felt like i could have lifted all day today. The pumps was also freaking INSANE! Great aggression and intensity in the gym. I know it was day one pulsing it, but this was more than a placebo effect, i can assure you all that.

Other than that, i've had a good day. My appetite has been way above baseline all day today. I've been craving carbs tonight pretty bad. It's amazing though, my pump has been unreal all day long. I have a feeling muscle pumps may quickly become an issue. I shall add in the poseidon and increase the dose of taurine over the coming days.

I'll get some measurements up tomorrow as well. Overall, it was a really fantastic first day! I really think this cycle is going to live up to its expectations. I can't wait to get the 1-T and add it into the mix.

Well I would have found it sooner or later... :D

Thoughts on pulsing mdrol for 6 weeks while running 1-T throughout (for everyone to chime in on)... I also have a couple bottles of e-stane. I'm leaning towards the mdrol ... think the combo of 1-T & mdrol would be sick :bruce3:

I'd do the m-drol. I actually had thought about using superdrol instead of phera initially, but i had phera i needed to use up.

Give it hell, brother!

Dude, I love me some Methoxy TST!! I'm glad I still have 5 bottles in stash!! I respond very well to it also. You and Tripdog sold me on it long ago. Like Trip, I like to take 6 caps 2 or 3 hours before hitting the iron. Makes me feel like a monster!! :twisted: I don't even mind the huge zits either! LOL Pop 'em and move on. ha ha Tear it up in here my brutha!! :head:

Log Update, Day 9, Back/Bi

Last nights workout was absolutely awesome. I couldnt believe how good the mind muscle connection was going on with the back exercises. I was able to concentrate greatly on the contractions for the back lifts so much it was great. Also once I started onto the Bis it only took a single set to get them incredibly pumped up, almost beyond what was functional after a lil bit. Had one of the other regulars that I always am friendly with who also has something like 21" or 22" inch guns stop me mid as I was walking between sessions to ask what I was up to size wise now and that my arms are lookin way bigger when I told him I think they are only 17".... might have to remeasure soon and will def measure this next arms day as Im curious at what they pump up to.

Stamina was increased GREATLY and when I got to the bis section of the workout it felt as though I hadnt been lifting at all and was starting fresh.... dunno if its cause I was able to concentrate on the back contractions so well (although I felt a slight pump in the bis still so they had to be getting hit slightly) or what but Im pretty sure that this cycle is starting to get into the swing and cant wait to see what these next couple weeks will bring, especially once I get to add 1-T to this madness and see if it can step it up a notch.

Once again, i felt great today. My workout at the gym was fantastic. My pump was very nice, and endurance was very impressive. No side effects to report at this time. Libido seems to be holding at baseline.

Tomorrow i may bump up to 8mg of the Methoxy-TST preworkout. I really like this stuff. I still have like 5 bottles saved for a rainy day, haha.

My pumps have been very impressive lasting all day long. No real painful pumps to report yet, but i think they're coming. I have some poseidon that i need to find and add in tomorrow. I've been keeping my water intake very high. My carb craving also continues today. I will feed the need and adjust as needed. I'm not overly worried about adding a bit of pudge at this point. This baby is all about getting hyoooggee!

Hopefully my 1-T will be shipped soon so i can add it into the mix. I can't freaking wait! So far, everything seems to be going very well. I plan to have my blood pressue checked weekly and posted here.

I had some baseline labs done, and i may get post cycle labs done once i complete this cycle to assess overall strain. I'll let you all know if i plan on doing that, however i'm leaning towards it.

Today is my off day and a time to grow and fuel up for my favorite day of the week.... Chest.

Hopefully I will see a definate change in this weeks time from last for the official weekly weigh in... I doubt Ill be dissapointed and still awestruck from last weeks find of +5lbs and already over 200... def wont be happy unless I reach 210 this cycle and thinking with everything thats going on that 215 may even be within reach... I think it will be dependent on how well this 1-T works in with the Epi... Im still itching to get that started.

dude first off our dinners where identical today... I had some lean (7% before cooking) ground beef as well as well as a lil brown rice and some wheat rolls.... NICE!!

Second feed the carb need. I found that phera was great at using carbs much like SD but not aaaaaasss good... still will turn into plenty of glycogen if taken with high carb meals and will def fuel some killer workouts man. The Mtst stacked in there should also help keep any bloat down. I was only taking prostan and phera and eating an insane amount of carbs and was lean and mean man.... besides your taking a sh!t ton of nutrient partitioners so you should be straight!

Weight: 223.4lbs (+3.4lbs) - I attribute to glycogen storage

Aggression: Great energy in the gym. Felt like i could tear the place a part. I can tell some androgenic effects are beginning to take hold.

Hairline: Still have all my sexy hair blowing in the wind.

Libido: Up at times, down at others. Overall though, it's been above baseline today.

Side Effects: None to really report at this time. No back pumps or cramping issues. No acne as of yet.

I'll keep it short and sweet today. It's very obvious that some androgenic effects are kicking in. My libido seems to be above baseline, and i'm tending to get irritated by things i normally wouldn't think twice about.

I honestly feel fantastic. A very good feeling of well being is already in place. I actually had a guy i know in the gym come up to me today and say that i've freakin' blown up since last week when he saw me. I do attribute a serious amount to glycogen storage at this point, as evinced by the preciptant weight gain. My aggression in the gym today was more noteable than yesterday. My endurance also seems to be becoming more and more apparent.

No real sides to report yet as stated above. I do notice that i get a fairly intense surge in body heat about an hour or so after applying the dermacrine. Anyone else experience that?

The pumps are just insane. I've got a very impressive pump lasting throughout the day. I do like the 8mg pulse dose of the Methoxy TST better pre-workout as well. In all honesty, this combo absolutely kicks azz up to this point! I'm loving every minute of this so far.

Tomorrow will be an off day, but i'll have an update none-the-less.

It's time to get my SWOLE ON!!!

Nice back day! Your close grip cable rows and you're T bar rows? How similar/differnt do you do those? Just curious on you're aimin point etc.!
The weight gain is awesome so far! Glycogen or not!

The close-grip cable rows are actually more of a medium length grip, so i need to change that. T-bar rows were very close-grip today.

I like the D handle cable rows for isolation. I really get a fantastic stretch and movement with them.

I'm not really pushing the limits this week in any weight. I'm just testing the waters and finding my grove. In the coming weeks, i'm going to pile the weight on as much as i can. :D

Your SWOLE is well under way my friend! That's a nice gain in so short of a time frame. This cycle is going to blow you up dude. And you know I'm diggin' the M-TST androgenic blast!! One of very few compounds that seems to kick in immediately almost. Good stuff. I wish more of the people who don't respond well to it would put their stock up for sale. I bought 10 bottles of that sh!t just in the last year. I gave some away, traded some out, and sold some. No more of that!! I'm keeping the 5 remaining bottles I have and I'm about to hit my source up for some more!! Holla at yo boy, if you ever need more!! Hey trauma a nice little finish I sometimes put on during back exercises is lower the cable machine to the floor and put on the rope. grab the ends of the rope opposite as if you were going to do curls and bend my knees slightly keeping my back straight (usually do all the weight stack cause pretty light) and just pinch the shoulder blades back by pulling @ an upward and out motion. light weight really burns me out on it. I usually need to do around 12-15 slow good reps and it tightens me up nice!!!!!!
just something to try while on this adventure!
 
As good as I can be.... wife and I are going seperate ways, dont have a job and bout to have to move out of my nice apt to move onto a couch at my cousins... but Im in great shape!!! :D

Aggression: I felt pretty level headed overall today. Some periods of aggravation while at work, but nothing too bad. It's still above my normal baseline.

Hairline: Still looks like a dense forrest up there.

Libido: I'm not sure what to think at this point. It seems suppressed for much of the day today, but once i got home from work, noticeably increased.

Side Effects: None to really report at this time. No back pumps or cramping issues. No acne as of yet.

Daily Narrative


Today was an off day for me as i had to work 12 lovely hours in the E.R. I managed to get in a good amount of snack throughout the day, however. I feel very good overall. Feeling of well being is slowly increasing. My pump was also very impressive throughout the day today. This cycle is without a doubt VERY impressive so far. Now granted it's been some time since i've done anything significantly hormonal, but i'm not sure i've ever been this impressed so early on.

I saw a few of my coworkers today that i hadn't seen in a few weeks, and the complimented on my quick increase in size. I have to say that when i looked at myself in the mirror this morning, i was really impressed at the gains already in a completely cold state.

I will also be taking tomorrow off as well. It's just tough for me to get to the gym tomorrow with my schedule. I'll make up for it all next week. My 1-T should have been shipped today, so i'll update once i receive it. As stated above, no side effects to report. My skin remains fairly clear as well.
