Log Update, Day 9, Back/Bi
Last nights workout was absolutely awesome. I couldnt believe how good the mind muscle connection was going on with the back exercises. I was able to concentrate greatly on the contractions for the back lifts so much it was great. Also once I started onto the Bis it only took a single set to get them incredibly pumped up, almost beyond what was functional after a lil bit. Had one of the other regulars that I always am friendly with who also has something like 21" or 22" inch guns stop me mid as I was walking between sessions to ask what I was up to size wise now and that my arms are lookin way bigger when I told him I think they are only 17".... might have to remeasure soon and will def measure this next arms day as Im curious at what they pump up to.
Stamina was increased GREATLY and when I got to the bis section of the workout it felt as though I hadnt been lifting at all and was starting fresh.... dunno if its cause I was able to concentrate on the back contractions so well (although I felt a slight pump in the bis still so they had to be getting hit slightly) or what but Im pretty sure that this cycle is starting to get into the swing and cant wait to see what these next couple weeks will bring, especially once I get to add 1-T to this madness and see if it can step it up a notch.

Pull Ups- 10, 8
Iso HS front lat pulldown- 90x10(simultaneous), 70x20*, 70x10(simultaneous)
Lat Pull down- 130x10, 100x10(behind head), 120x10 (wiiiide)
Low seated row**- 100x10, 120x10, 90x12
Hammer Curl- 35x20(l/r alternating), 40x20(same)
BB curl- 65x10
Reverse grip EZ bar curl- 45x10, 55x10
DBcurl- 25x14 (l/r alternating)
bent over DB row- 50x10/10(R then L), 40x10/10
Over head Cable curl(L/R)- 35/35x20, 45/45x12
dual lower cable curl- 25/25x12
Seated Low row machine-80x10, 100x10, 120x10
*alternating left right never full extension to keep constant pressure
**normally do reg seated row but this was the one all the way on the floor and the foot rest is waaay to close to the machine so it was hard to not let the weight rest at extension... hopefully next time the reg station is open.
I just wanted to keep going after a lil bit... was feeling great... then I looked at my notepad and realized how much I had done already and realized it was time to just go before I hurt myself... Darn
