Thanks everyone, I have been killing it and working that diet. I still need to weight myself but at this point the scale is of no consequence to me! I just want to get down into that lower body fat range and see about getting this combination gyno/psuedo gyno I have has since I was 12 removed!
I know my plan will work if I could just stick to it now. Starting to feel a bit better now. Another issue I ran into is that RAD made me ravenous. It's really wild. More control the last couple days though.
Hubby told me to watch out for this too. It forces us to get those calories in that it needs to utilize. I just try to have lower cal/macro friendly snacks ready in the fridge. That way if I need to snack a lot I can without going way over my cals or getting my macros too far off.
Once you start eating you get s strong urge to start stuffing your face, so being prepared by eating a lot of less calorie dense foods like salads with chicken and some fruits will help. Once you start down the wrong track it's tough to stop.
I can imagine. I can be like that with carbs anyway. So, I'm trying to be really conscious of it.

Krogers makes gel cubes that are 45 cal for the whole bag it's great for when I just need to feel like I'm feeding myself.

Yesterday...let's see....oh, I chased an almost 3 year old around the park. Yep, that's it. Fridays are my only days off from the gym & they are designated park/play date days with my little.
This morning....I managed to do 55x3 on clean & presses. That's impressive for this lightweight who has a wrist that likes to give out mid transition.

Well, the RAD has definitely kicked in. My appetite is through the roof. I've still been sticking to my macros well though. I definitely feel & look fuller in some areas, but slimmer in others. I'm up 3lbs this week. I'm really hoping most of that is from the increased glycogen stores. My workouts have been kick a$$ though. I'm really getting back into my power days well & handling the GVT days with no problem. No where to go but forward!!!

Doing good!! Put on a quick 4lbs in a week with the RAD, but am back down to 121lbs. Strength is increasing nicely as well. Bumped most of my 10x10 weights up by 5lbs this week. Granted last week was more to feel the waters with the new program, but the metal is just feeling light this week. I'll have more pics up this Sunday. However, I think I'm the only one really bulking vs cutting/recomping.

Running MassGH right now myself and I am loving it. My weight has gone up but looking leaner at the same time.
Looks like it will be more of a Re-comp for me for this 8 week cycle and I am fine with that.

Yes. I did 2 weeks at 1 pill and upped it to 2 this week.
I have been stocking up. Got 3 bottles of Osta 360ct, 3 of Legend, 2 Cardar1ne and 3 Rad.
I don't even know what our stash is up to now!
