Lost only 5.8lb so I’d say very successful in keeping muscle. 100% diet and training too as I’m not allowed any supps besides vitamins and fish oil. Happy with this for sure!

My final pics didn’t really notice much improvement at all wanted to added some supplements but just stuck with natty did lose 7.2lbs had a blast being a part of this all you guys did great and are some cool cats thanks for having me

You are looking leaner in the mid section for sure.
 
I will post up pics either tonight or in the morning, crazy weekend as far as work sun up to sun down. I definitely transformed for sure, just in the wrong direction. ..hahaha..does a tan count as transformation? ??scale is up 4lbs I beleive since the start. Just bad timing for me, came to an end of true shred alpha lean stack about 2 weeks in, went on a stim break for 30 days, lawncare in insane right now, nutrition is out the window, but going back through it definitely shows that all you fellas did a hell of a job..looking good

I would say you made pretty good progress. Looking good.

Life happens! You kept up those workouts and did the work. Just a little focus back on the food and you will probably start dropping fast again. Sometimes a break in the middle of a severe diet is a good thing. You had calories pretty low there for a bit.

Well, I didn’t hit my original goal - I wanted to get even leaner truly, but with all of the bodybuilding I did lose 5-6lbs on the scale and gain a ton of muscle - lots of comments about looking better at the gym. Weighing about 225 and I have way more muscle everywhere!

For those of us with integrity yes! I need to go back I think we had come up with 2 options.

1. We all send a vote in to me with your winner for natty, and enhanced, and I tally them for the winners. Only 1 winner per category

2. Same scenario but we pick 2 people from each category as 1st and 2nds place then I tally them... This has a 1st and 2nd place option but becomes more of a pain in trying to separate the prizes.

3. Each person who has a prize to give chooses who they want to give it to based on who they feel did the best in their respective category.

I am going to go look back at the 2nd post to see if it specified what we decided or not. That is where the prizes and stuff were listed.

Just looked back and I guess it’s a given but duck me the enhanced category is really brutal - Big changes in there (guess the drugs do work lol)

I’d say option 1, with one Natty & one Enhanced winner, keeps things simplest. It’s hard enough picking a first place without deciding second!

I just went back through the first 10 pages and couldn't find where this was mentioned. My vote is for number 1 or 3 since we have not picked out 2nd place prizes.

Okay so who is going to come up with and run the next challenge? Everyone keeps saying how awesome these things are let's keep it going!

Anyone have any suggestions? If strength related I will just watch for support. My body isn't ready to push the heavy weights right now, but don't let that deter you from suggesting something strength related either.
 
I will be in for support , I've learned that I am definitely a fall/winter guy. I can meal prep, and stay 100% obedient. Spring and summer is too dam hectic for me. Whoever comes up with next competition please attach me.
 
MrKleen73 if we do a weight loss/cutting challenge I will cheerlead and vote. If it’s a weight gain/strength challenge I can play.

Got ya, and to be clear, I am taking a break from running it. Just going to either participate or support for this one. Let someone else do the organization this time around. :)

I’d be up for strength related later in the year.

I’d sit the next one out just on the basis I’m away on hols a couple of weeks in August so couldn’t post plus I’ll be moving into a boring AF maintence phase for a few weeks soon (before my first pin cycle in sept).....

But will 100% support on the next one and then be back to play for the one after
 
Seems like a lot of people’s goals are different only way I could see another one would maybe a personal goal contest wether that be to gain,loss a set amount weight, a PR, or better a certain body part(get abs showing/increase biceps by a 1” ewhatever) and everyone offer up a supp and then those who reach there goal would be put in a lottery drawing for prizes or swap or whatever just a crazy thought haha
