Yeah, but if you asked her if she would go through 5 months of prep for a bodybuilding contest she would probably think that is crazy. Hell I have only done it once and I am pretty sure it was crazy!
I did a little extra activity at lunch, 1 hour of walking up the 12 floors of ramps then back down the stairs to start all over again. I did almost four trips total, and added in about 5 minutes of calve stretches. If I can manage these little walks at least 3 times a week things should get moving regarding weight loss. I am not considering this cardio at this point. Just activity as it isn't even on the level of LISS. I might be walking 2.5-3MPH tops.
I also worked on my posture the whole time as well as really focusing on keeping my core tight and hips aligned to keep an even gait. Focusing on this is going to be key for me to condition myself to the point I feel comfortable trying to do any sort of distance running.
