Frontsquat 335+70lbs chain for a single today - a month ago I did 265+140 x1, and today was easier. 405 will fall before the end of this!

Looking good man, you can put the progress photos up every week or every day, but the requirements are at least Every other week, so not this weekend but the next you want to get in the official progress photo.

I was going to mention that the medicine ball behind him on the rack made me think his shoulder was HUGE!!!! Still good shoulders but that ball make it look MASSIVE!

Looking good brother!!!! Oh how nice it would be to have that be my I am out of shape look... Then again I don't lose much size when I lay off and you said you had already put 6lbs back on so we are probably even out there. You look better year round and I just stay meaty year round...
Thanks Kleen. My gift is also my curse. Instead of getting fat and fluffy as can be when I don't dial everything in I tend to shrink and just get some love handles or lose my definition.

So I'm not the only one! I felt so alone. Lol
So far so good with my mainly lean bulk. Feeling a bit fluffy but that's always normal for me when I start increasing calories. Hopefully I can maintain this smooth pace to prevent much more work come cutting time.
 
I would gladly take some of the medial delts off of your hands! My rears seem better than my medial for some reason. Been doing lots of work there lately... Hoping when i lean out they will be impressive.

Well I will tell you this. Just this thread and boost from you fine chaps has me more eager to hit the gym and stay more consistent than I had felt prior. Kleen always finds a way to boost my drive! Great idea bringing back the ole AM competition!

I hear ya! I pound the crap out of my shoulders and well not so much! I can skip Tri's for 8 weeks and they still look big.
We all have our slow growers. Mine: Shoulders, Calves, Bi's (They have gotten better, was never very dedicated to them) and now my Chest but this is due to no more Bench Press.

Yeah, but like you I have serious traps so they already overshadow my delts. I have relatively narrow collar bones compared to how wide my lats are... they literally look like they fall out from under a hidden compartment when I let them out. I want to develop my medials enough that there is a rise coming up from my ACP from my medial delt. It may already be better than before but I need to get leaner to see it.

Yeah, same here consistency is already improving as well as diet and it is only going to keep getting better. Give me about 2 weeks of this and I will be hitting a good stride of doing a lot more right than wrong! That is when the changes start coming fast. Just building the momentum now! :)

It's amazing to see you lock down and dial in everything. You were built for the recomp cut phase of this game. Love it brother and can't wait to see the coming weeks changes.

Bros day 5 back on high volume and let me tell you the noticeable veinage and pump that usually shows up late in the first week was freaky fun to experience in the gym today. Was looking super lean today as well but carbs have been pretty low this week so that has a big part in it. Crazy part is when I lower carbs often my pump tends to diminish some with it but not today!

The pictures truly don't even do justice to how well the veins were popping and the muscle separation I was witnessing. Also my phone wanted me to keep minimizing the size of the photo so I had to drop out some of the good stuff.

Lol thats thw first . Hoping to sport my swift haircut next weeks update lol . Tmrw morning ill be taking pictures and showcasing . However i didnt diet as good this week . My favorite honey buns got in stock and well i kind of ate 3 or 5 lol but had to get that out of my system

We will see. Just bought 15 boxes of girl scout cookies from the grand daughter. She knows I'm a pushover.
 
Well 181 this morning still got a tough pylometric / cardio workout . Gym i was going to cant afford atm and one im at now no box jumps so doing long jumps bar hops hurdle jumps and some other explosion work .

I look bigger in size this week but still lean . Wish i could afford supplements for a boost but good reading food timing and scheduling everything . All has a purpose
