Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

I get a reaction like that sometimes when I have had to touch my car battery. have you given anyone a jump recently or anything where your hands could have gotten into something?
Keep in mind too that I regularly use to work with harsh chemicals and nothing messes with my skin. I use to wash my hands with denatured alcohol or paint thinner after work when painting and it doesn't phaze my skin, that's why this is so odd to me
 
Has anyone heard of mk or hgh or elevated igf levels. Basically anything of this nature causing peeling skin on the hands?

I'm trying to put 2 and 2 together a d that's the only variable even tho I'm thinking it's completely unrelated. The skin on my hands has been peeling for the past week. It's odd tho, there not dry at all, they don't hurt or sting or anything and the skin underneath the peeling stuff looks great lol. But they won't stop peeling.

No chemicals or anything new have I Injusted or worked with, weather is cold ish and dry but again, hands are not dry and I been using a good moisture cream 3x a day the past 5 days.

When I get in the shower I give my hands a good scrub and get all the dead skin off and then I get out and I put the moisturizing cream on and my hands look great. A hour later there peeling. Just now I put a olive oil based stuff on and some rubber gloves to keep them moist. Did thos yesterday and it seems to help.

No issues other then it doesn't look good I guess.

Any ideas?

Yes, and I don't think it has anything to do with gh or mk at all, I just figured I'd ask because it's the only variable I can think of. My skin everywhere else is great, actually I'm a little oily of anything and the skin under the peeling skin is good. So weird. If I couldn't see it I wouldn't know there was a issue. Maybe a nutritional deficiency of some sort?
 
For what it’s worth weather does it to my hands at a random time almost once a year. Really bad peeling to the point it hurts.

My girl gets some peeling with the weather everyear but she didn't this year, I don't think k it's the weather tho. When we get that dry air I usually get it on my sides and face a tiny bit but my skin is great everywhere else. And no amount of moisture cream or oil or scrub seems to help the peeling. I wish the whole hands would just peel and be over with so that I'd have my nice fresh skin underneath like a snake after it sheds lol
 
@Smont do you think rdl's are a good movement to get your hamstrings to "hang" I got pretty good separation between quad and ham but there isn't that "hanging " look where they kinda curve out before attaching to the knee. Quads are coming in but hamstrings and glutes need work you'll see in pics at end of month

I don't think there is any movement that's going to make your hamstrings hang. I know what your saying and I think it's a matter of getting them big enough and genetics for muscle insertions.

Not in any order but a complete hamstring workout I feel should have a laying or seated ham curl, a rdl or sldl, a ass to grass wide Squat or wide hack squat and maybe a split squat or lung with a big step driving up through the heel. Traditional deadlift too if you feel it in the hams. I do my sldl in the Smith machine so i can find the right motion and keep it there

Yea i do mine in the Smith machine as well, same with split squats( or standing lunge). I'll start doing walking lunges around April when we step on the gas pedal because those really take it outta me, they make my heart rate go up like I'm doing hi intensity cardio
 
I watched nick walkers leg workout video yesterday and when he finished with hyper extensions his hamstrings looked so sick!! I was like uhh yea I got work to do
 
@Smont the hand peeling thing sounds thyroid related to me. Which can be affected by gh so might be worth looking at. That’s just the first thing that came to my mind at least.
 
@Smont You would been proud of me bro my boss brought on doughnuts today because we had a crazy 12 hour day yesterday and instead of being a food snob I broke off the meal plan and not only ate 1 but I ate 2. The only thing that crossed my mind was l wished I had some humblin to go with them👹

Oh, by the way I got a DR. Appointment for a physical and some bloodwork end of the month. Basically I'm just long overdue for a physical and I made up some bullshit saying I haven't had any bloodwork done in 9 years and I would like it done and they said absolutely so hopefully everything is gtg. I feel great but I was sick for like 7 weeks off and on so it's probably good to get as much as possible checked out before I gets into a cycle

Probably not everything I would want but I don't necessarily need to know my testosterone and estrogen and stuff like that. I'm more concerned with things related to heart, lipids, inflammation markers ect. I didn't let them know the extent of what I do but he knows I've self administrated testosterone for 3 years now and I'm most likely not able to recover natural testosterone and I'm not interested in trying to. Spoiler alert, I can recover just fine lol. At least I could like a year ago and seeing how my nuts have never shrunk " Yes I know that's not full proof by any stretch of imagination " but there still funcional. The Dr. Is on testosterone himself so I think he will be easy to get decent panels from.

I'm more concerned about my cholesterol from my diet than I am from anabolics lol. Mainly when I'm binging tho I haven't in a while.

I really wanna check on my cholesterol/lipids, inflammation markers, blood sugar/insulin sensitivity, thyroid function. There's more but those are my concerns before starting the cycle.

What brand doughnuts? If they were Krispy Kreme I’d have eaten an entire dozen! KK was founded in my hometown so I was raised on those fuckers!

Nah it was yum yum...not the biggest fan of Krispy Kreme kinda like in n out everyone's all about it but I'm like meh..

Oh dude was listening to another Broderick Chavez video and according to him your blast idea is going to work. He was talking about he usually doesn't prescribe test higher than 250 and that if your blasting 750 or a gram of test you'd be better off replacing those extra mg's with a different compound ( mainly one from the other 2 branches dht or 19 nor) thought it was interesting. The only thing is eq is in the test branch but we usually place it in the 19 nor branch so replacing the test with eq wouldn't make any sense you'd be better off with npp or mast or if at all possible primo
 
I've also thought about eliminating testosterone and using like 12.5 to 25mg of trest d to cover estrogen and sexual function and building the cycle around eq, npp and masteron or primo but again it's not something I've done. Trying to find a way for me to use npp because I grow good on it if I can avoid the issues. Basically the first fee weeks are trouble shooting and whatever IL figures it out. I really want to be able to use 19nors. Mainly npp in the first half and tren the last 6 weeks.

It makes sense, because you do get the estrogen sides and have had issues with 19nors and that may help mitigate that. Even though I respond very well to Trest, and for the most part, don’t usually have to deal with too many sides, I don’t usually recommend to guys I don’t know a lot about because so many do battle the sides. A lot of people don’t realize how potent it is and really doesn’t take a whole lot to get something out of it, and it does go very good with Mast or Primo.

Ive also used a little test with the trest simply because i didn't want zero testosterone. But One of the reasons he brought this up as a possibility was eliminating testosterone completely eliminates all the downstream hormone conversion issues. He actually wants me to use more like 75mg of trest and zero testosterone if I do it that way. I'm actually becoming a bit overwhelmed with all his potential ideas on how to combat certain sides through these reinvent the wheel kinda cycles. Well, the no Test, high eq or nandrolone based cycles aren't new. That's actually very old-school. It's just the idea of zero testosterone is kinda bothering me. Sorry I'm half asleep right now so some of the above might be choppy or not make sense

Yea the zero test thing I wouldn't be on board with. I'd atleast want my trt dose..forget what yours is off the top of my head

150 test. The problem with keeping testosterone in is e2. In order to run on e1 for estrogen needs you can't really have much if any e2 or testosterone in the equation. It's why guys use to do deca or eq as a base. As soon as they add any testosterone it gives them gyno or other problems. I don't have any problems with testosterone. But I do have problems with 19nors. Many ppl can remedy this buy dropping testosterone completely. But not everyone. I'm almost tempted to just blast normal and use a ai the whole cycle and 10mg or nolva daily

I like the Krispy kreme original glazed doughnuts. But in general I'm a big fan of Boston cream and I think Krispy kreme's version of the Boston kreme is Is mediocre at best. That's still wouldn't stop me from meeting a whole Box though if someone dropped them off to me Lol

Lol, I was kidding I already had my meal. I made grilled chicken and egg white tacos witj flour tortillas and ketchup.

Have you ever used breads and tortillas/wraps as a main carb source? Lately I'm burned out on rice so I switched it up and so far no issues, maybe slight bloating but nothing too serious.

Bagels, corn and flour tortillas, flax pita bread and some fruit. Those have been my carb sources thecpast 3 weeks. I've had a small amount of rice and potatoes mixed in between.

It must be, but their donuts are soft and fluffy, and the glaze is thick and stays just a little moist but not gooey, like lick your fingers when you are done thick. Yeah just looked it up and they are in the Southern states.

Don’t overthink the cycle, go with whatever you want to do the most! You will have fun & make gains in line with your diet/training no matter what compounds you choose, because blasting.

I will caution against using a SERM as a baseline the entire blast if you can reasonably get by without it. I have done it but I think Ralox is what should be used if that is the initial plan; Tamoxifen for rest of cycle should be more of a pivot to prevent gyno while plodding on. Tamoxifen lowers IGF1 and does raise probability of blood clots more. I would use 2 divided daily doses of Nattokinase if you have to go that route to help break up clots (I normally do one cap/100mg/2,000fu every day in between meals year round for cardiovascular wellness).

Even 60-70mg/wk of test could be enough in the high nandrolone/eq scenario probably. You don’t need top of range because we’re not relying on it remotely for anabolism or performance. If you can get even 500 total test levels, that would probably be enough to prevent depression/apathy. Just a thought.

No not really but I love bagels!! Especially cinnamon raisin it and blueberry with a little butter on them. I'm not a big fan of pita bread or wraps eventho I like burritos and tacos. I pretty much stick to rice, potatoes, and oats. I don't like pasta st all. I know some guys like pasta post workout

I’ll agree with you on anything passed the KK original glazed. Dunkin has better specialty doughnuts. But those damn original glazed are hard to beat. I don’t know if you have an Amish population near you but Amish doughnuts are very addictive.

That was always my thinking of just not wanting any sides that low T could bring, and like you said even a very low dose could help mitigate without raising estrogen too much.
