Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

Just wanted to say pineapple on meats or pizza is a big nono for me personally but your pineapple and yogurt tarts or whatever name you want to give them don't sound too bad. I do love roasted or grilled pineapple though!!!!

i've never met a woman who agreed that pineapple made any difference so I limit mine to just pizza generally.
 
I might need yall to do a lard ass assessment on me. Stepped on the scale this morning after just a coffee and I'm 210. I haven't really changed much other then adding mk so I'm hoping I'm just bloated. In a tank top because I'm always vascular you would think I'm lean still but my face is round and my abs are washed out. If I don't flex they don't exist. There's no way I put that much fat on in 2 weeks lol

I firmly believe I don't hold any better on trt then I did when I use to come off. My testosterone levels are 900s. My natty test was always between 600-900's depending on the time of day. The only time I feel it's a benefit is maintaining size in a deficit but Have never noticed it help keep me lean.

I do think I'm holding water but I do think I'm fatter than I thought I was also. I did have a lot of downtime and I'm looking at myself in the mirror and while I don't look terrible I know that if I was gonna give someone else an assessment I would tell them they needed to cut before bulking. It's not a overthinking either. I'm just being honest to myself. Before I do anything drastic like dive into a cut I'm gonna stop mk and drop carbs low for a week or 2 and reasses. I'm gonna keep calories about the same, just clean it up. More protein, less carbs. Maybe a little more fat but probably not.
 
When I sit down and lean forward there's a lot of stomach there, when I'm standing and flexing it's not bad at all. I'm somewhere in between
 
Dude I just opened my fridge a little too hard and my vial of growth flew out onto the floor, is it ruined? I just reconstituted that vial too. There's like 6 ius left in it.

Don't do anything drastic like dive into a cut. That would be the same when someone comes to us and says they're gonna up the dose and we tell them don't do anything drastic

Yea that's what I figured. BTW I got mu box of syringes with half inch pins yea that's way too long you were right 5/8 is way better. I don't have that much skin around my abs anymore ( not complaining btw) and I looked at the needle and was like damn tomorrow morning is gonna suck and I bought 100 of those damn things anyone need me to mail them a box of syringes lol
 
I think it's a mix of fat and water. And I hair lol. I guess it looks worse witj me looking down at my stomach vs seeing it straight on but I still think I should probably trim some fat off before I push food because I know I'm gonna need to be eating a lot eventually.

Or do you think I just go till my abs completely vanish. I think that might be a bad idea.

Eat how it makes you happy; if you can’t handle being “fat” then back off, but it looks alright from here. I suppose you also need to consider how long of a push phase you intend to have. If you are going to be in a surplus for 8 weeks straight, don’t be in one now. That means it would actually be 12 weeks straight lol.
 
Show of ✋️, I'm thinking stop mk, cut back on carbs, keep calories slightly lower. The goal in mind is tighten back up and improve insulin sensitivity before moving forward. More cardio, more volume too. I was going to increase those regardless

I kinda want to push hard till summer, that's why I'm concerned with my starting point. Plan is to add 20+lbs

It's not outtraing a diet, it's working harder to create more muscle damage and burn more calories while allowing me not to have to reduce my calories so i can keep my energyhigh and feel good. In the process I should loose a bit of fat and water weight. My diet is clean for the most part, 80/20.

I'm not a advocate for trying to outtrain a bad diet but I have done it many times when I'm boxing and working crazy hours. It's terrible for muscle and health probably too. But I had a six pack eating 1200 calories a day from smores pop tarts on top of my regular food. I did that for like 2 months after my first boxing match fell through. The downside is you kinda feel like **** every morning, headaches at night, not good. Waaaayyyyy too much sugar.

Regardless, my original suggestion about working harder is a lot different then trying to outtrain the diet. Either way. Mini cuts are my specialty. I just hate doing them but I've gotten pretty efficient at 10 to 14 day mini cuts. I drop starchy carbs, increase water and activity and leave fat and protein the same for the most part

I know short term it can definitely be done, especially if yiur lean to begin with UT it does catch up, especially mentally for me. After a while I get headaches and crappyfeeling. I don't believe I can out train a shitty diet and get ripped while preserving muscle mass, but I know I can outtrain a shitty diet to maintain or just loose weight if losing lbs is the goal vs. Loosing g fat

Dude you're tripping you look fine ( no homo) . Delts and forearms lost a little pop compared to your old avatar but based on your genetics those will be back in a matter of weeks not months

I couldn't help it, there normally 14.99lb and there 6.99lb today and tomorrow only.

Grilled one right up and there👌. Using the filet sides for steak and eggs and the strip side for another meal.

I know it's not muscle and I'm just filling out from being sick and detrained. But I'd think I'm gaining weight too fast. I'm only on week 3 back in the gym and I've gone from 192 to 208 fasted weigh ins. That's like 16lbs in 18 to 20 days

Trying to increase training substantially to keep up with substantially more food is obviously doable (energy needs vs intake), but my point is this guys says he wants to bulk til June but is worried he’s already getting fat - how’s he going to be running output at redline for 16 weeks?

That’s not sustainable training.

In general, you do want to move & expend as much energy to eat as much as possible - sustainably. That is the key point of my statement. It has to be doable for the foreseeable future. Otherwise, it has to be a planned push for a shorter duration.

Okay now that you put it like that I can see where you're coming from. But still think of it like a post show rebound...you're body is starving for nutrients, it's not like you're getting fat, you're just refilling your empty muscles with water and glycogen, it's free dbol!!!

Correct, I definitely cannot outtrain a dirty bulk for 16 weeks. Not that I'm planning a dirty bulk, quite the opposite actually but still I understand what your saying now. If I'm already starting to get fat and I tried to remedy this with more activity, more more muscle breakdown and what not I will either A. No longer ve in a surplus from all the extra activity or I just won't be able to out train the escalating calories.

I may have periods during this mass phaze where I hold for a while or make assessments. I'm also not scared to pull the plug or continue at maintenance if I'm getting fat.

I will say this, from prior experience, for me to really get FAT I have to almost do it on purpose. It takes me a lot of junk to really over do it. I still haven't even ordered my gear for the cycle yet so I'm not super worried and not in a rush either. I'm pulling the mk, dropping the pre workout sarms I think too. I still have strength to regain before I hop on cycle and there's no starting point or deadline. I just want to hit 230+ before my abs fade. That's 20lbs away. I know once I hop on a decent amount of gear there will be some recomp effect from the drugs just being in my system and that will also allow me to train harder and make better use of food too.

It's also going to be a relatively dry cycle too so I won't need to worry about bloat as long as I don't eat like a asshole. I actually find it easier to lay off junk food when I'm eating a lot of clean calories

Pick up your skirt grab your balls and start shoving real quality bodybuilding food in your mouth bulking is just as hard or if not harder than dieting and its because of the food. Dave Crossland has horror stories about bulking. I've never cried or puked from training but I've done both because of having to eat. Anyone can eat pizza and cheeseburgers but your not getting big you're getting fat. And as @Smont Likes to say rant over

Bro if I have a snacky cake with a 40 gram low carb protein shake, it all balances out. No worries 😉. It’s basically exactly like eating a 40gram protein version of a zebra cake. Exactly the same. No difference at all. (I’m being sarcastic in case you didn’t know)
 
This is why I make my own desserts most of the time. I got a cake in the oven right now, all the carbs and sweetness are from pumpkin, banana and wild honey. The protein is from whey, casien, eggs and milk. The entire cake has 150gm of protein and 200 gm carbs. I cut it into 10 pieces and freeze them, thaw as needed and it's gonna go with my post work meal.

It's orange because the main ingredient is pumpkin, it's hard to describe the taste but it's very good. I normally can't trick my kids into my "healthier" alternatives but they love this one.
 
Soooooo disappointed right now, I'm not sure if i missed a ingredient or put too much pumpkin in the batter butvits absolutely trash. I threw the whole cake in the trash 😪

Now thus us different when you have that much muscle and those genetics then have at it, jay cutler use to have 2 double doubles a large fry and large strawberry shake at in n out every day because that's one of the only ways he could meet his caloric goals. BTW in n out is completely overrated bros on case you were wondering if you ever travel her to the west coast don't waste your time

It was a lot easier to get a extra 1000cal from Mc Donald or Chinese but after a few weeks I felt shitty all the time. I don't think I do good on excessively high fat diets
 
Put in the order for eq and anadrol today. Will take pics on Sunday Feb 26th and post them for you and start blast next day test 500/ week eq/300 anadrol 50/ day

I don't either, on my last show nasser El sonbatty would train at the gym I worked at and told me to eat 3 fish burritos a week from the taco shop across the street, it was cool like the first 2 weeks and after that it made me feel awful, I'm the exact same as you, I don't even like fast food that much tbh I mean it can taste good every once in a while but the positives don't even come close to weighing out the negatives

No, I actually asked if they needed help because if I made 150 or whatever in 4 hours on a slow Monday I'd have to assume I'd make a killing today. There restaurant only delivers to lake 3 or 4 towns in this around in area and they're all rich. They don't even come to my side of the bridge lol.

Honestly im not big on The Super Bowl and I really haven't been since I quit drinking lol. No booze kind of suck the fun out of sports for me unless im the one playing thecsport.

I'm about to take my kids to breakfast, train legs and side delts, eat some chicken and veggies with a little pasta or rice for some carbs, take a nap And when I get up IL probably see where a few of my friends are watching the game. My cousin and x brother in-law are huge cheifs fans so IL probably go meet up with them and watch the first half and eat some wings. Then IL probably just come home and watch a movie and check the score on my phone
 
Couple more weeks im gonna put up some leg progress pictures, I'm happy with how there looking after 2 weeks of being back so I'm gonna give it 3 or 4 more weeks and IL post all the progress. I'm hairy as **** so IL probably need to shave them to see the details
 
Dude down to 227 today wtf!? I really wanted to be over 230 at the first if the month. I'm gonna add more red meat the next few weeks and see what happens. I knew something was up because I've been looking really lean and vascular this past week, I just thought it was all the tanning. I'm as dark as you now. It's weird how this whole thing works. If you told me a year ago that I'd be 227 with a full 6 pack and vascularity I haven't seen I over a decade o woulda taken that all day but now I'm disappointed. It really is never ending. Next year if I'm 240 with the same amount of definition and I complain make sure and check me lol
