Me too lol. I'm back to going to the gym again but I'm just tired and weak feeling all the time. October last year, so only 4 months ago, I had to cut weight to make the 198lb class and I benched 360, I was doing sets of 6 with 315 and triples with 335. I pulled 500 the day after too which isint my max but just to show for reference.
This morning I weighed 194, abs are visible but I got no pop to my muscles like I normally do. Benching 245×6 was a challenge the other day and I was doing rack pulls in the Smith machine with 315 and it felt like 500. I look like and am lifting #'s that I was doing natty 4 years ago.
With all that said, I'm starting to get some gym motivation back. I'm purposely keeping my calories and carbs low until I'm ready to kick it back in gear too. I'm trying to leave myself a bunch of playing cards to go through so i can make progress for a long while. When the time comes. It's not time yet tho lol
