1. He asked for better pictures, he wants tto know if you could get someone to take pictures of you in a front relaxed, front double biceps, abs and thighs, side chest and rear lat spread.
(He's a actual bb trainer and he's picky as **** I knew he was gonna ask that because anytime I send him a mirror pic I took myself he says have someone take the pictures lol).
2.He likes your test deca anadrol cycle, he said he would pull the anadrol for now and run the same test deca cycle but with 3 to 4 units of gh and probably 100mcg of t4 and 1500 to 2000mg of metformin.
3. Push the food as hard as you can, witj the gh/t4/metformin it's going to be hard to get fat. Once you notice your putting on fat then keep the food right there and add cardio.
I don't completely agree with this part but I know it's probably necessary to get 15lbs of muscle in a cycle.
4. He would run the cycle for about 6 months, adding the anadrol @ 100mg a day only after yiu hit a sticking point in the gym. So if your not gaining weight it means you need to eat more not add anadrol. The anadrol is used in 10 to 15 day stints to beat the log book and get out of sticking points. Once you push through the sticking point you drop the drol till the next sticking point comes along.
5. He said it's not as black and white as he's making it sound, it's impossible to make a cookie cutter game plan especially if he doesn't know anything about the person in question. He likes to get weekly progress pics, posing videos, gym session videos if possible and he makes tweaks based on all the information he gathers.
But all in all, he basically is saying pick a cycle that has previously worked for yiu and add hgh and a few things and eat more food.
He also said that sometimes if his guys are getting fat on cycle he will step back just a touch with the calories and add 200 to 400mg of tren ace to get a little recomp out of them and pull it as soon as there back on track
