Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

Week 1-4
Test e 500mg deca 300
Week 5-12
Test e 750 deca 450 anadrol 50 PWO

I forget what there actually called. My boxing gym and another gym I go to are old-school and all the scales are these kinds. I forgot how old they actually are. When I see them I just think there normal scales. I forget there dinosaurs.

Hope you don't mind, I sent your photo and another one you posted over to a buddy of mine that's a trainer and waaaayyyy more knowledgeable then me. Basically I asked what would be a solid game plan to put 15 to 20lbs of quality mass on this person. Only notes I gave him was that yiu have no problem sticking to a diet and I don't believe he's used hgh or slin or anything outside of the basic injectables and orals. I blured out yiur face completely and you live on the other side of the country so I don't think yiu need to worry about bumping in to him. He does have clients in Cali tho!

Well that was a shitty couple hours.

Started my day with a overnight oats bowl and protein powder.

Hit the gym and I'm significantly down in strength on the compounds. I planned on a full body but by my second set of incline bench I knew I couldn't do a bunch of compound lifts so I did a push workout and I was about 80-90% strength on most of the lifts outside of incline bench and shoulder press. As the workout progressed I got more and more nauseous.

I knew I couldn't eat for a while because I felt kinda sick so I stopped at the gas station and grabbed a chocolate milk. After a hour or so I felt better and had a small bowl of chicken, lentils and rice and a small salad with some pita bread. Barely finished it and I feel kinda shitty again.

O well at least I got out the house and took a step in the right direction.

still haven't heard back from him but he's usually pretty busy with clients or working out himself from like 10am to 6pm so I'm sure he will get back to me tonight or in the morning .

1. He asked for better pictures, he wants tto know if you could get someone to take pictures of you in a front relaxed, front double biceps, abs and thighs, side chest and rear lat spread.

(He's a actual bb trainer and he's picky as **** I knew he was gonna ask that because anytime I send him a mirror pic I took myself he says have someone take the pictures lol).

2.He likes your test deca anadrol cycle, he said he would pull the anadrol for now and run the same test deca cycle but with 3 to 4 units of gh and probably 100mcg of t4 and 1500 to 2000mg of metformin.

3. Push the food as hard as you can, witj the gh/t4/metformin it's going to be hard to get fat. Once you notice your putting on fat then keep the food right there and add cardio.

I don't completely agree with this part but I know it's probably necessary to get 15lbs of muscle in a cycle.

4. He would run the cycle for about 6 months, adding the anadrol @ 100mg a day only after yiu hit a sticking point in the gym. So if your not gaining weight it means you need to eat more not add anadrol. The anadrol is used in 10 to 15 day stints to beat the log book and get out of sticking points. Once you push through the sticking point you drop the drol till the next sticking point comes along.

5. He said it's not as black and white as he's making it sound, it's impossible to make a cookie cutter game plan especially if he doesn't know anything about the person in question. He likes to get weekly progress pics, posing videos, gym session videos if possible and he makes tweaks based on all the information he gathers.

But all in all, he basically is saying pick a cycle that has previously worked for yiu and add hgh and a few things and eat more food.

He also said that sometimes if his guys are getting fat on cycle he will step back just a touch with the calories and add 200 to 400mg of tren ace to get a little recomp out of them and pull it as soon as there back on track
 
I like the cycle to be honest, I don't get along with deca so I think I would try something similar but for myself I would swap the deca for eq and I would probably swap the drol for SD only because I have a weird worry about eq and drol together.
 
Right now tho I'm so out of shape "we'll out of my normal shape " that I think I will do fine just on trt for a while. I'm probably gonna still treat myself to a big birthday cycle in the end march

Dude that sounds pretty much what I was going to do from March to June fir that wedding/ family reunion in San Diego however i wasnt gonna do the t4 but add mast and tren ace in...the after June it's effing go time bro

Forvthe t4, It has something to do with hgh depleting or lowering your natural t4 production. He has all his guys use t4 with gh

Dude i was just gonna say that I think this year I'm gonna switch out the deca for eq. All the pros use it instead of deca and all the influencers and guys on here that I respect prefer it as well. Tbh I never tried superdrol always wanted to but everytime i was about to somehow anadrol came in so I stuck with that. I have a live affair with anadrol like Dave Crossland does it trips me out when he calls it oxy tho because over here that's a totally different drug and I've had incredible sessions with oxycontin and oxymethelone lol

I just started the beginning this morning before work but I'm gonna watch it tomorrow mirning for sure. I still get up at 3 in the weekends like it's a work day i just eat and watch YouTube and study until gym opens at 7

They probably already know. Anytime I'm in shape I get a few ppl asking questions. Or when I have 3 plates on the bench or 2 plates on shoulder press I will get weird looks. Especially if I have a full sweat suit on. I know when I'm fully dressed I look too small to have 3 plates on the bench lol

Goals are fairly similar. Mikey definitely wants to get bigger then me tho. I don't think I can get past 230 without getting fat at this point in time. I'm too far behind I think without blasting my ballz off
 
How big have you been at your biggest. I think I remember you saying you were 5'7 or 5'8 so I gotta assume you were probably 220 or more in yiur avi photo and fairly lean too
Actually I was only about 204 in that picture, and about 12% at the leanest. I just have very small joints so I tend to look bigger than I am. The biggest I got was my 3rd cycle running 800mg of test a week, I hit 238 wearing 34 inch waist pants and my thighs were almost 29 inches. I was probably 17ish% at the time. That was in my early 20's and when i was spending 3 hours a day working out. I got in a major accident where i got severe whiplash and dislocated 4 of my ribs from my spine, twisted my C7 about 15 degrees off center right at the end of my cycle. I was just wrecked. That took me out for a couple years with no money for PT or doctors at the time.

The biggest and in shape I have been was about 212 and around 12%. Right now I am 213 and some change and would put myself in the 20ish% range. I want to get down to 200 now and see where I am. Since I am turning 50 on Feb 1st I keep telling myself I might drop more size but now that I am getting healthy and back in the swing of things I am not sure I am ready to do any settling just yet.

Hey, 190 to 200lbs with abs is bigger, more muscular and leaner then probably 90% of the population and probably 99.9% better then men around your age. It's nothing to shake a stick at

Thanks, especially being closer to 5'7 than 5'8 now. LOL I am definitely pleased with how things are shaping up for me but also starting to believe I can still hold on to more size at least for a few more years. Of course now I am focusing on doing it in better health than I was previously trying to do. Just requires more attention to detail rather than just going in and killing myself regularly in the gym.

My personal veiw here has been molded by older guys i know and not from personal experience, but for whatvits worth, I feel that as guys age there training should lean more towards volume and staying mostly above 10 reps. If you want kill yourself do it with drop sets and super sets not with heavy weight. Gear use should be avoiding orals, tren and anything that spikes your blood pressure.

Test and hgh for the most part. I've also been told that the older we get the more important insulin sensitivity becomes.

I'm a giveaway when I'm doing delts or db curls and I have veins running down my neck through my traps and into my chest and arms lol

They know how hard it is at 1130 am and it's already meal 4 for the day and sometimes I I to sit for a minute like it's a PR lol

Don’t get too tied up in other people’s opinions - positive or negative. People who don’t live a similar life generally can’t really appreciate or relate, and you will never please them all anyway.

If they think it’s all steroids, or that it was easy, great - that means they can clearly see the results you worked so hard for. Most people using steroids suck so much people don’t even suspect them of it

This☝, if someone doesn't think steroids are part responsible for your results then your not making progress fast enough. When someone is hating on you it means your being noticed. If no1 is hating on you, well, it kinda means your nobody special. But all in all you just gotta be humble about it .

Even when someone asks a question about what I'm doing they really aren't even listening to the answers I'm giving them most of the time . Sometimes when someone asks me a fitness or nutrition question I literally will say " if a take the time to explain this are you actually going to listen and apply it? "
I use to get excited to teach or explain what I'm doing and trying to do or explain how certain things work and then I realized I'm wasting my time.

Think about this, and this is just a example, you could insert any type of person into this Conversation, but what if your next door neighbor was a skinnyfat vegan who's into sowing and homesteading and whatever else, and they love those things. Well, you probably noticed the way they look and you probably noticed there always checking the ph balance of there lawn and growing alfalfa and canning vegetables. All things they think are cool and love doing but yiu think there a weird out of shape low testosterone soyboy. All the things they think are cool you think are stupid and you think being vegan is unhealthy. But, they might kinda be nice so you ask questions and pretend to listen, or you just flat out call them out and say what there doing is stupid.

99% of ppl don't give a **** about your diet, they think it's extreme, they think steroids make you look like the incredible hulk, they also think that steroids are more dangerous then crack and heroine. Going to the gym for 2 hours is stupid, all those animal products are going to give yiu a heart attack.

We think that all the things we are interested are cool and intriguing but we are the 1%, 99% Of ppl are not interested in doing what we like to do and when yiur not interested in something your usually uneducated on it.

So the ppl who don't understand us are no different then us not understanding ultra marathon running or quail hunting or marine biology

I'll get you some pics this morning at the gym. A guy that I train with sometimes will be there so he can take them. I'll have had 1 meal in so my abs and thigh will be a like better

It really does, it took me a while to realize it. Even with my own family. I use to think they were interested in what I was doing, but there not. They were more interested in the fact that I had something I found excitement in again and that it was more productive then the bad lifestyle I was living before this. There happy I went back to doing these things but they don't really give a shot about the actual stuff. There impressed with how i look and the weight they watched me move and that I'm dedicating much time to positive things.

My whole family showed up to sit around for 2 boring hours just so they could watch me bench for 5 seconds. If I ever get another boxing match I will have probably 200ppl show up to watch it. But if I start talking about the diet and weightlifting and other stuff I do there not really interested, if anything they don't understand it so they are worried about it
 
The reason I spend so much time on this forum chatting with all you dickheads is because we are all very different but very similar. We have like interests. If I have say.....100 ppl I consider close friends and family, maybe 2 of them share this interest. Then I have hundreds of regular friends or associates is probably a better word and maybe out of 500 ppl like 10 of them share this interest because there a bodybuilder, trainer or professional or high level amateur fighter.

So that 1 or 2% is what I have to talk about this stuff in person and then here on this forum I have the other 98% who I can conversate witj and bounce ideas around
 
My mother has never been to one of my competitions, in almost a decade. Initially it kind of bothered me a little because it was so important to me, and all I ever got from her was ‘Son this is so unhealthy, you don’t need to get any bigger, you’re already so strong, you don’t need these steroids, I don’t want you to get hurt.’

Then I realized that powerlifting is the most boring thing in the world to watch if you aren’t an avid powerlifter. Even strongman will often boring at times & those shows run twice as fast with more events usually. And furthermore, every single concern of my mother’s was totally valid. It’s just a passion of mine, and it’s fine that she just wants me to be healthy & happy. I’m so glad I never really tried to get her to come to any now!

The only reason my family came to watch me bench was because everyone use to travel to watch me wrestle and fight. So they kinda assumed this would be similar, boy were they wrong 😆 🤣 😂
 
I'm super sore today, still shitty feeling, still crapping every 5 min but I'm excited to go back to the gym. I planned to skip today and do back and legs tomorrow but I'm thinking about going tonight. I'm just glad the urg is there because I was definitely falling into a trap of doing nothing all the time.

I'm just on a record streak of getting sick tho.

First it was just being run down and getting in a rut, then I think I had the flu, then I got better for like 3 days and then got covid and covid is gone but I got this stomach issue that is persistent. Wtf!

Dr. Appointment Tuesday again.

I've seen some of the stuff he does with clients and he's given me tips here and there. He's very hands on, he sets nothing in stone. Once a guy has a established foundation and has a decent amount of size he starts cycles around 600mg with 2 compounds and tapers them up to about 1500mg. He only uses the harsher drugs in small bursts and ultimately if a guy knows what he'd doing he likes to bring the gear doses to a minimum amount needed to do the job and leverage gh, slin and sometimes peptides or igf to pick up the slack.

In contest prep he's much more aggressive

It was extremely boring. I had to walk around and talk to a million ppl to keep myself from going stir crazy, I also had like 50 ppl ask me when I'm gonna fight again and after a while I didn't even know what to say. I'm like idk man I'm getting old, if it happens it happens and if it doesn't o well. Luckily my boy had a fight coming up so I could deflect the conversation towards him lol.

Also it's kinda a tough to watch video because the camera/phone bouncing around but they interviewed him on morning combat the other day.
