You know, I'm a pretty good cook in my opinion, I really like to get creative and doctor stuff up.Eating 8oz of salmon cauliflower and oatmeal as im reading this. Dude at my work today asked how i do it he tried keto and did well but couldn't handle the same thing everyday. I like routine, I remember Emily always telling me I would've done really well in the military because it's the same thing at the same time everyday just like bodybuilding. To me the actual workout is what breaks up the monotony to listen to some death metal and use that as an emotional and physical relief. People never see changes so they quit I see changes weekly because of my diet which makes me stick to it even more and which makes changed even more dramatic and that process keeps going
But....... I just sat here for 10min straight trying to imagine a meal with salmon, cauliflower and oatmeal that would be tasty and I just can't imagine it lol
You would be a dream client in contest prep lol
