Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

Eating 8oz of salmon cauliflower and oatmeal as im reading this 💪. Dude at my work today asked how i do it he tried keto and did well but couldn't handle the same thing everyday. I like routine, I remember Emily always telling me I would've done really well in the military because it's the same thing at the same time everyday just like bodybuilding. To me the actual workout is what breaks up the monotony to listen to some death metal and use that as an emotional and physical relief. People never see changes so they quit I see changes weekly because of my diet which makes me stick to it even more and which makes changed even more dramatic and that process keeps going
You know, I'm a pretty good cook in my opinion, I really like to get creative and doctor stuff up.
But....... I just sat here for 10min straight trying to imagine a meal with salmon, cauliflower and oatmeal that would be tasty and I just can't imagine it lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

You would be a dream client in contest prep lol

My steomom is a damn good chef as well and ive showed her some of your stuff and she was impressed. Bit the salmon and cauliflower were on one plate and the oatmeal was in a bowl. To me oatmeal with a little fruit or cinnamon and sugar is like a desert to me. I guess I'm lucky that way that I can crave a sweet tooth with that unlike other dudes i know who have a love affair with some hooker named little Debbie 😉. But if you wanna get your feet wet and try contest prep coaching I'd be down even get @Hyde @MrKleen73 @gphagan1 to throw in some input we could get me up to 260 sub 10% b.f. in no time lol

I don't eat as much junk as you guys think I do. I definitely have my moments but I definitely play it up a little around here lol. Usually when I want sweets I blend frozen fruit with protein powder and Fairlife milk or IL make a protein shake and wisk it into sugar free jello putting.

This is vanilla pumpkin spice moose, 50gm protein, 50gm carbs and 5gm of fat

It's not completely ready yet, I'm gonna put it in a cup, freeze it and put some diet cool whip and shaved dark chocolate on top. Absolutely fire and makes a decent post workout meal too

A buddy of mine has a weakness for Fudge Rounds, but he’s not worried about abs or body fat he just wants to stay strong.

As far as getting to 260 lbs 10% body fat that could be a time consuming task. Your diet plans show that you have a handle on eating properly. And the old Chicken and rice, oatmeal, eggs, Milk (Fairlife) among some other foods are the old faithfuls in any diets. And I’m old school as far as getting there through a good bulk followed by a good cut, and using the tried and true anabolics, Test, Mast, NPP or Deca, HGH,
MK 677, Tren ( if it agrees with you), Trest (if it agrees with you). I know Hyde and Kleen have been incorporating some strategic fasting in their cuts and recomps with good success.
I’ve seen so many good training programs and eating programs on here, I would say start you log, and you’ll get good advice on your journey.
Smont, Hyde, and Kleen are all very knowledgeable on both diet and training, and even though I’ve been around the block a few times I love to learn something newer that guys are having success with.
 
We're talking about adding 60lbs of muscle in your 40's, and that's probably gonna require taking bulks up to 280-300lbs multiple times. It's gonna require something like 6+ years of perfection, large doses of gear, hgh and slin and even larger health risks. I do think it's still possible but I also think there's a lot of risk for very little reward other then personal satisfaction. And then if you do get up to a lean 260, is that gonna even be maintainable? Jay cutler is still huge and he's only like 240 at the moment

If I have one, the box is mine!!! Occasionally my son will buy the extra large ones and he will give me one. That's easier since it is his stash so I won't raid it!

I imagine it is not even that comfortable walking around at that weight. I see some pretty massive and lean guys at the gym and they always seem to be breathing harder just walking around. It's a lot of muscle to carry.

That was my thought, 260 at 10% is 286 at 20% with no muscle lost in the cut. That is going to take all the high risk gear he can handle already for years, just to get to 280 sub-20%, then keep his lbm over the cut.

The jumbo cream pies are where it’s at; haven’t had those in so long but they’re killer. I really don’t do the Little Debbie stuff generally; it’s going to be because my stepdaughter had it in the house and I had a moment of true weakness. I generally do not buy any junk for me because I already have to contend with everything my family drags home constantly.

I’m not really a Little Debbie eater (well that sounds weird) lol, but the Oatmeal Creme Pies are my wife’s favorite. When she can keep them from our 15 year old grandson, that lives with us, and must have a tapeworm because that boy will eat anything and everything.

Yeah, he’s a good boy, and all into working out. I’ve showed him all the good body weight exercises, and he has gotten in really good shape over the last 2 years. We just now started him with weights, and he is naturally strong.
Funny thing is that boy eats more than I do, and anything he wants, and still has abs. Oh to be young again.😂

Yea I went a lityke overboard on the 260 part, but i think if we all put our collective heads together we could get me to a jacked 240 for sure, it may take a little but we could do it abd then use my photos as examples to the newbies with their test deca dbol cycles and their ridiculous questions and even more ridiculous expectations
 
I believe I'm walking around about 220 right now. I'm just " cruising" on 250mg test e solution into monday and thusfay shots. Did my last shot of deca the last week of December so it should should cleared out by next week. I was doing 450 a week. I'll post a photo tonight at the gym and weigh myself oh yea just ate 8oz of chicken with half an avocado and a cup and a half of oatmeal with half a banana and some berries on top
 
Oh dude forgot to tell you just watched s new Evan centopani training video and he mentioned the Montari Brothers powerhouse I new haven. Aren't those yiur cousins or something? He was saying how he built his basement gym because the powerhouse was like 45 minutes away. The video is titled 30 minute chest workout. Totally forgot how good that dude looked in his prime( that didn't sound gay or anything lol)

I actually had a buddy who used to get paid 1000 a date by this guy who just wanted him to go out to dinner with him in a spandex dress. Insane stuff.

Honestly, I forget to pin all the time. I was back to daily micro doses and then when I got sick Sunday or Monday I just forgot to pin and now it's bout to be Friday.

I still feel shitty but I'm getting stir crazy.

Tomorrow I'm putting on a mask and hand sanitizer and I'm going to the gym. Even if i just do arms or something but I need to get up off my ass and out of this house.
 
8hr arm day tomorrow. I'm gonna go to planet fitness in a stringer and grab some 17.5 lb dumbbells and do sets of 100 and I'm gonna yell GOOD FUKIN MORNING to every senior citizen I see lol

Dude quit the micro dosing you keep forgetting, I know you drink coffee so if you insist on micro dosing when you make your morning cup get out your shoebox full of goodies and pin. I'd say leave your syringe out next to your coffee cup but yiu got kids so that's a no go

I also pin frequent because when I'm on a 1-2x week schedule if I miss a pin or 2 it could be weeks between injection and if I pin daily orveod and I miss one or 2 it's only Bern a few days. Post workout meal after shower 10oz chicken breast with half an avocado half cup cream of rice with blueberries abd cherries on top with 2 tablespoons if sugar on top because eff it why not

I forget what there actually called. My boxing gym and another gym I go to are old-school and all the scales are these kinds. I forgot how old they actually are. When I see them I just think there normal scales. I forget there dinosaurs.

Basically I asked what would be a solid game plan to put 15 to 20lbs of quality mass on this person. Only notes I gave him was that yiu have no problem sticking to a diet and I don't believe he's used hgh or slin or anything outside of the basic injectables and orals. I blured out yiur face completely and you live on the other side of the country so I don't think yiu need to worry about bumping in to him. He does have clients in Cali tho!
