Day 8 HST - 2 sets 80% 1rm

Leg press - 250 10/10
Leg curl - 10/8
Incline press wide - 140 12/10
Bench - still giving my elbow a break so no go
High row - 180 12/10
Lat bar side grip - 120 10/10
Reverse pec - 70 8/8
DB lat raise - 25 10/10
DB front raise - 25 10/10
Shrugs - 45 10/10
Bar cable curl - 120 10/10
Dip - +10lbs 10/8
Ab isolator - 120 10/10

Elbow is still a little sore right above my funny bone. Very annoying.

Its cool. Its like a pinched nerve or something that run in between the bicep and tricep on the inside of your arm down to inside the elbow. Its just from pushing too hard lol.

Okay, let me know if you need a hug! LOL How are the 2x going? If you are getting fat you can decrease your waiting period between sets. HST is designed to build muscle. Don't know if I would recommend it on a cut. Dam this is bulking season brother!

FYI: After Thanksgiving I'm thinks of logging DT 3 kings stack & ANDROCRINE that I have hanging out in the cabinet. Actually started using the ANDROCRINE a week ago for my shoulder.

The 2x are going good. Mainly doing 12/10 or 10/10 depending on the exercise. My rest time between sets is like 30 seconds at most. Then how ever long it takes me to get to the next machine/bench.

I'm getting some androcrine Friday for my shoulder and elbow. My shoulder hasn't been hurting at all lately. Guess that has to do with the MK.

193 lol. Everything finally kicked in. Some fat though. Not much water if at all. Still sitting at about 61-62% water retention. BF is fluctuating between 15.1% and 17.1% depending on the amount of food I ate prior to weighing.

Light workout today. Elbows feeling a little better. I am getting new and bigger veins everywhere.

When you do front double bicep squeeze and exhale slowly watch the veins pop out like your hulk himself .

When you do most muscular do the same thing squeeze and exhale slowly keep the muscles tight watch the veins in the mirror the slower you breathe the better it will look.

That's why I'm here too I was led to believe the same thing unfortunately it's just more fairy tales.

I lure them in with promises of fat girls, then put up pics of fat guys just to destroy their hopes and dreams. Kinda my thing.

I'm on week one of the second phase. I know what you mean! Fifteen rep phase was pretty easy I thought. Two sets 10 rep phase is definitely a different duck

Yeah I have ZMA that I've been taking.

Eod has it under control.

Wow that just goes to show how drastic the diff between oral/TD and im is... 25mg of im had me literally drinking adex all day haha
