Elbow is still a little sore right above my funny bone. Very annoying.

The 2x are going good. Mainly doing 12/10 or 10/10 depending on the exercise. My rest time between sets is like 30 seconds at most. Then how ever long it takes me to get to the next machine/bench.Okay, let me know if you need a hug! LOL How are the 2x going? If you are getting fat you can decrease your waiting period between sets. HST is designed to build muscle. Don't know if I would recommend it on a cut. Dam this is bulking season brother!

I'm getting some androcrine Friday for my shoulder and elbow. My shoulder hasn't been hurting at all lately. Guess that has to do with the MK.

193 lol. Everything finally kicked in. Some fat though. Not much water if at all. Still sitting at about 61-62% water retention. BF is fluctuating between 15.1% and 17.1% depending on the amount of food I ate prior to weighing.
For real! I like it and have definitely grown from it. Even at eod which I never thought could happen lol.
Got to eat, sleep & rest to grow!

When you do front double bicep squeeze and exhale slowly watch the veins pop out like your hulk himself .
When you do most muscular do the same thing squeeze and exhale slowly keep the muscles tight watch the veins in the mirror the slower you breathe the better it will look.
That's why I'm here too I was led to believe the same thing unfortunately it's just more fairy tales.
