Glad that's top 3 cause that stuff is strong.
Good deal.

Typically I keep a protein, creatine and a good pre work out in my cabinet & a GDA like SLINshot.

But yeah, I'm going to have to break my self away from swallowing all these pills.
Going to do 1 last log & then just food only for a few months. (We will see how that goes).

It is obvious though, but I have to admit some people say oh if I swallow a capsul full of some random herbs and plants I'm look beast at the end of 4 weeks? wrong

Eat big for 4-6 months and lift good you'll look more beast & u won't need 1 pill....

While I couldn't agree more, the thread asked for the 5 best supplements, implying supplements to your diet.

How about the one with 300lbs of muscle photoshopped onto that veiny bulbous head that still says "weighs 170" on it. Maybe if he was 3 feet tall. If that guy really looked like that he'd weigh 350, bench 600 and crap 170.

I will throw in 5

1. Orange triad (no doubt) cant be without it
2. Whey
3. Primaforce cissus
4. Creapure
5. AI- helps to stay lean. Erase Pro is at the top of the list

I would have put krill on the list, but not allowed omegas due to blood thinning.

Id be just a little concerned about the echinacea in Orange Triad. Not cycling may be counter productive for your immune system.

I had the same thought, just bought 2 bottles OT, then will try Opti-men (maybe) but definitely change it up

Any wise individual will cycle off a multivitamin (I am being totally serious), and I take 6 months off per year (bulking).

1. Fish Oil (Carlson or Nordic Naturals)
2. Probiotic (Garden of Life or Renew Life)
3. Multi (varies but I like Rainbow Light)
4. Whey (varies but ON is always good) (although I use Dark Matter for post)
5. BCAAs (Purple Wraath or Xtend)
---If I could continue to round out a top 10 it would go as:
6. Vitamin D (5000 iu x2/day)
7. Magnesium Malate
8. CLA
9. R-ALA or even ALA on a budget
10. CoQ10/Carnosine/any other strong antioxidant

Orange Triad is amazing, it covers so many bases. The amount of people on this thread alone putting it as #1 speaks volumes about its potency and importance.

I've read Echinacea (like all things) is not as effective long term, but have not heard of it weakening your immune system if not cycled. Could you direct me to the info? I am curious (not saying your wrong.)

Agree with mr.cooper, EVERYTHING should be cycled, if only to keep the compound working and not build a tolerance.

Agree with mr.cooper, EVERYTHING should be cycled, if only to keep the compound working and not build a tolerance.

If you can find this, it explains the potential of echinacea potentially being immune suppressive with long term use (more than a couple months.)

Personally I wish OT had Astragulus instead of echinacea.

Not trying to put down your product but this is something that would concern me, but I would still use OT in cycles.
