Either lost or forgot my belt in my closet somehow.... Was ready to go ham on my pulls till I got to the gym and couldn't find it.
So I decided to stay the course, warm up more, make less jumps, and call it good if at any point I felt at risk.
Unfortunately I feel like today was a 520# day with the belt. Next time.
