Having sex or even just seeing a naked woman, in real life or porn, raises endogenous test TEMPORARILY. In a similar logic, lowers test for a bit (and prolactin surges, causing a feeling of content).
This is basically useless though from a bodybuilding perspective. These are trivial, transient fluctuations, same as holding a baby lowers test (so you are less likely to kill it).
But this is why you will hear of some guys abstaining from sex before lifting or fighting competitions, because they feel it makes them more aggressive. If that works for you, go for it, but I have a firsthand account from my wife’s old coach Chad that Mariusz Pudzianowski had a threesome between events and still won the strongman show they were competing in. Mariusz was WSM no less than FIVE times.
All that matters is when it’s time to lift, you can perform. There are some phenomenal IPF heavily tested lifters who have very poor test levels and still lift titanic weights at very modest muscle mass and bodyweights. And many years in the early IPF where the guys couldn’t use testosterone but could cheat loaded up on deca. Which makes you very calm/chill in a no test environment, but Ed Coan was still destroying everyone before he later got popped for it.
My brovice is tell your wife you need sex to raise your test, but fail to mention that nutting reverses it, and then go to the gym super stoked because you got laid AND now get to train
