I, personally, would take a four week break after running an week stack. If you had just ran four weeks and wanted to run another four of something else, I would say go for it.
Well, that's what I thought you guys would say. Is there anything I could run while taking 4 weeks off that could add to size/test/performance?
I would just stick to the essentials: Creatine, BCAAs, Whey, Multi's, Anti-Oxidants, etc.
mesomorph is a pre-workout with creatine nitrate, very good stuff.
What about using Prime along with the essentials while taking 4 weeks off from test boost supps?
How about Trans-Res, DHEA and BCAA?
