You know what's crazy, my TNT got to Toronto,Canada faster than it reached you! Unfortunately it flew to my home adress and University adress, so I'm not starting this badboy until Sunday .
With my naturally high T levels, hopefully I'll explode on some Divanil. We'll see who's the biggest gainer old boy :thumbsup:

A2) Shrugs 5 4-6 @295lbs
B1) Arnold Press 3 8-10 @ 45lbs db
B2) Upright Row 3 8-10 @ 105lbs
C1) Lateral Raise 3 10-12 @ 30lbs db
C2) Haney Shrugs 3 10-12
D) Shoulder Static EQI 1 60-90sec

so far nothing to report on how tnt feels yet.
these aren't like some NO workout stimulant that you can feel in the first dose but don't really help you build muscle. quite the opposite for tnt. the biggest changes i'm looking for is improvement in the gym and physique - which tnt should be excellent at helping with.

Wow you do a lot of Trap work... I can't even do any they just get too big. If I do power cleans they just get freaky. I wish I had that problem with my lats...
 
Day 2&3:

going strong on TNT!

diet has been horrid the past two days. went on an M&M and pizza binge for over a day straight.
now i feel disgusting and am ready to get back on the program.

workouts have been solid. i'm really liking this program. i felt extremly strong today - maybe all the crap i ate helped power my workout.

Saturday's workout:
Day 5 - Bi's & Tri's
A1) Single Arm BB Curl 5 4-6
A2) JM Press 5 4-6
B1) Wide-grip preacher curl 3 8-10
B2) Revgrip tri pulldown 3 8-10
C1) Hammer Curl 3 10-12
C2) Tri-Extensions 3 10-12
D) Bicep Static EQI 1 60-90sec
E) Tricep Static EQI 1 60-90sec

Sunday - off

Today:
A1) Squats 5 4-6
A2) Romanian Deadlift 5 4-6
B1) Hack Squat 3 8-10
B2) Hight Feet Leg Press 3 8-10
C1) Frog Hack Squat 3 10-12
C2) Leg Curl 3 10-12
D) Quad Static EQI 1 60-90sec
E) Ham Static EQI 1 60-90sec
 
Whats a "frog hack squat"?

you have to remember these workouts came from ares and his t-nation nuthugging. i believe that is where he gets this stuff from. regardless, it is nice to have some new moves. i'm getting really sore for the first time in a long time!

1. The Frog Stance Hack Squat: This is also called the Gironda hack slide because Vince Gironda came up with it. To perform it, use the hack squat sled but the following lower body placement and actions:

a) Perform the movement with the heels together and while rising on your toes.

b) The knees are pushed outward as much as possible during the eccentric (negative) portion of the movement.

c) Go back to a straight leg position as you complete the concentric (lifting) portion of the exercise.
 
I'm assuming thats to focus on hitting the quads? Almost sounds similar to the sissy squat in that your pushing from the toes most of the movement....although your frog stance is somewhat different. Nuthuggers, sheesh.

Update hank, update!

Day 4
didn't workout yesterday when i should have. instead of working out last night i spent time defrosting my freezer because it is leaking from the water line to the icemaker. i know, quite a pathetic excuse. my diet has also been sub-par for 3 days straight!
currently i'm feeling like the biggest loser.....

How was that lift last night?
 
had an excellent lift last night and tonight!
yesterday i did chest/back.
tonight i did shoulders/traps.

my weight has jumped 3lbs this week. not all muscle, i think i'm holding a lot more water weight due to the crap diet i've been on this week.
as soon as i clean up my diet i'm sure i'll piss 2 of those pounds out within a day.

last two days have felt a lot different on the strength front. not a lot of endurance but initial strength is off the hook this week.
the first couple of sets i'm really strong, but the by the 3rd or 4th set my strength really dropps off.
i'm curious to see if it might be from the carb craze i've been on or if it is from the tnt?
i'll see how it feels going forward as i'm getting back on my clean diet.
 
Day 8 & 9

worked arms on sat, legs on sun, today will be chest/back.

i am noticing a significant boost in strength.
every lift was up from the previous week.
body odor is also a little stronger it seems.
no other symptoms.
i'm not getting oily skin that i usually get when my hormones fluctuate.

still up 2-3 lbs since i started this despite cleaning up my diet the past few days. i'm kind of surprised here.
