Titan changing his looks with MassMax XT

Wow!! We had a busy night last night running calls but I have GOT to say this. DOMS! I am not a guy that gets very sore or tight after lifting, no matter what. But this morning I am sore all throughout my shoulders and traps! Im diggin the crap out of that! I said I was going to make a few food changes and Im starting that today. Actually ate breakfast his morning consisting of plain oatmeal with
3/4 scoop of Controlled Labs ProMore Frosted Cinnamon Buns, as well as my MassMax and AlphaMax. Ill drink my Radiate when I get home and Im headed to the gym for a brutal chest blowout. Ill post later with that. I promised the wife Id go get a 5 mile hike in with her this morning as well. Lots of school work to do today then off to bed. Ill see how I feel but ai may rock out a 30 minute run on the treadmill before I go in and get on the ambulance tonight. If all this works out like Im planning, the biggest changes in my physique are fixing to be made in the next few weeks!! Keep standing by guys!

Just throwing this up, but between the MassMax and CONSTANT pullups for HIT4ME's challenge...I videoed my 4th set if 10 since people were asking about everyones ROM on them. Not too bad considering Ive had 2 1/2 hours of sleep.

LOL, Oat meal with cinnamon bun protein. that is the only way I can use frosted cinnamon bun protein. too sweet to drink.

Way to bust out the pull ups. I noticed little easier to do when you are losing weight!

Todays chest session went fairly smooth. I was exhausted from lack of sleep but pushed through it although I felt ridiculously weak. Once I was finished, I went and got my wife and took her to the trail and we knocked out 3.5 miles. Wanted to do 5 but the knees were getting sore, plus being on the ambulance tonight I knew I needed some sleep. Which I ended up with only 2.5 hours again. Its gonna be a long night.

Wow. That is gold there. The two of you are such a huge motivation for me - and also a demotivator . First I see what you do then think, I give up...why even lift when they are so far ahead....but then I think...those guys just never quit.

No sleep, and a busy shift last night, but managed to convince myself to bust the gym doors wide open when I got off this morning. Started off with a scoop of Radiate. Not going to post the actual workout, but it was biceps and triceps and it was a lot, with 50 pull-ups and 50 chin-ups to boot. I had to stop once I got going on triceps simply because the tris started cramping up BAD as soon as Id put a load on them. Lol. Came home got on the scale....206 lbs!!! BOOM!!! Skipped right over 207. Breakfast was plain oatmeal, tbsp of Jif, 3/4 scoop of PES Vanilla whey and 2/3 cup of Fairlife. It was good and Ive convinced myself that its going to help thrust the MassMax and AlphaMax through my system. Now....on to the AlphaMax. Well, got hit on by a Nurse last night...and she made some pretty....interesting comments. Apparently the AlphaMax is kicking in(@R1balla) cause those little comments along with what could be considered as an offer and I had to make some adjustments. Lol. Had to get on out of there!! I think Im gonna like this stuff!

Haha that's awesome man! I really like AlphaMax xt and I'm not just saying that. A lot of test boosters offer mild strength gains and libido increase. This one is one of the few that offers improved body comp actually. I love it. I just started week 5 of my MassMax xt / AlphaMax xt run
 
Going to run MM for 8 weeks then was on the fence to add between alpha or abe+xgels for the last 4 weeks . Please keep the updates coming on the mm+alpha stack.

I'm using ArA with MassMax xt and AlphaMax xt right now. Diggin it. Abe is also a great product in place of AlphaMax xt. Just up to you and what you respond best to. If you need any coupons for the supplements just let me know.

Sorry for the lack of activity the past couple of days. Been ridiculous. I did do a back workout yesterday, and I was drenched. For some reason my last few back sessions have been sick!! Nothing done today. Had some errands to run when I got home, then went to bed. Unfortunately, I over slept and had to rush out to go to a school meeting, then work, and I forgot to grab my MassMax and AlphaMax. But tomorrow morning will be another shoulder day before getting back in the bed. Picked up an extra day at EMS tomorrow night, then straight to the fire department saturday when I get off. Still holding strong at 206lbs, and I really feel as if My midsection has leaned out a little more.
 
So here's something for you guys. Just thought about it after reading SFreeds post on BEAST73s log. Almost 1 year...Actually 5 days short of 1 year.

Went in this morning and crushed shoulders after ai got off of the ambulance. I only gave myself an hour so I can get some sleep. Came back in tonight for an EMS shift, and go straight to the fire
Department in the morning. About an hour before gym time, I ate a cup of "Powerful Oatmeal " with a scoop of Jif, and my MassMax and AlphaMax. Then Radiate as I was walking out the door. Not really sure whats been different lately, but every workout seems to have me completely drenched in sweat, which in turn makes me push even harder. Unfortunately...im having some issues with my knees, so I'm going to have to figure something else out for cardio. I need to remove the remaining blubber from myself...and I want it gone right d@mn now. Lol.

I hit a PR today with this stack. 255 x4 on incline. Was pretty happy. I haven't really noticed what other people my size bench/squat. I need to see how I compare. I'm 5'9"-5'10" 180 with about 11% right now

Finally got to the gym this afternoon, much later than I wanted, but made it. Still tired, but was bound and determined. Started off with pullups and totaled with 100, but my first set was of 23 wide gripped!! Happy with that! Then on to a short but very brutal chest day! NEW PR!!!

In response to FireTitan's PR I decided to go for a 1RM. I am around 250. I then decided to load the bar up with 295 and do a static hold....just to feel it. Dang. Even that was heavy as sh1t.

No workout today gents, came home from work, spent some needed time with the family and got in the bed so I can be somewhat rested for tonight. Took a picture with my wife today(who has been losing weight for the last month....my plan worked). When I saw the picture, I realized how much change Ive made overall, especially in my arms. So Im posting the picture as its the first one Ive posted in a long time that was taken by someone else and not at a bad angle from inside the bathroom. Lol

I'm taking my Mom to the gym for Mothers Day. Hopefully it'll be empty so we can enjoy it more.
